the extrme courtesy of the staff the noisy couple in the room next door who talked loudly and then made love just as loudly until approximately 5 am. |

Good location for a visitor who travels by car. Easy and free parking, compearing parking in the city hotels. Nearby main freeways, good connections either south or north, but noice doesn´t reach the hotel. Breakfest ok. |

Price, free wi-fi, comfortable bed, good location for me. I had stayed there several times before for the reasons I just noted. Had to wait quite awhile to get checked in as a tour group was checking in ahead of me. Minimal breakfast selections. Poor water pressure in shower. |

Free internet. Spa and sauna. Courteous staff. Free shuttle to airport. Terrible pillows -- square and hard. They need to offer alternative pillows but had none. |

Breakfast and staff. If you do not have a car, your stay will be uncomfortable. You can either call a cab, or walk to Caltrain station which is 30 min walking distance. There is no public transport near the hotel. Also hotel was very cold and we needed to operate the ac nearly all the times. |

For our family it is in a great location, near a park we like to visit, and downtown San Mateo is a hoot to visit on a Friday evening. We also like the breakfast and are glad we can count on the consistency. We stayed there several times under its former brand - Wingate Inn. The furniture (easy chair and ottoman) seemed pretty old and tired. |

We just wanted to book a room close to San Francisco that was cheap and clean. But this hotel was very cheap (we were staying not on the weekend) and very clean and comfortable. Much more than we expected. Service was extremely good and also the breakfast was very nice. Not too big but we had everything we needed. Also the jacuzzi was perfect to relax! Best hotel on our whole trip!! The hotel is a bit far from San Francisco, but we knew that before. Its no problem when you have a car. |

Straightforward place with everything you'll need. Room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, internet, alarm clock and a nice desk. Hotel staff will pay attention to your needs. Sheets felt like they were washed in starch with extra starch anti-softener. |

It was a nice room although the room that I had was facing the highway. I did not hear any noise (because I may be too tired to care about the noise while I was sleeping). Breakfast was good too! It is also nice to have a free computer with free Internet access. |

The hotel has a good location, is very comfortable, well equipped, friendly and forthcoming staff and great breakfasts. The hotel was not as quiet as one would expect at this kind of hotel. You can hear people showering and watching TV in the rooms around you. However, it is not too bad. |

I was looking for a decent hotel in the vicinity of SF International Airport. I rented a room with king size bed for one night before flying overseas. Best Western Coyote Point exceeded my expectations in terms of cost/benefit ratio. Nicely furnished and good size room, courteous staff, short distance from the airport. Will come again. |
