la grandeur des chambres, machine à café. Pas de restaurant dans les alentours ni dans l'hôtel. Les parois des chambres sont bien trop minces, et donc tout est très très bruyant. Presque impossible de dormir. |

Yes, Best Western hotels are always almost good, but never reached it: and here are some examples: 1. They have not enough staff, if I'm asking for Toilet paper at 8 PM and they tell me to come down and take as they don't have no one except the reception person... 2. when I came to the room, one phone didn't work, the internet cable wasn't good, there was just a little left over of Toilet paper... |

the nice breakfast construction but that is not the hotels fault becuase it was the roads not the hotel that were being worked on so I got lost a few times. |

We did not have towels in our room uppon check in. When we asked for towels we were told that we had to come and get them from the front desk. We were trying to take a nap after we had been in the room for an hour and the maid just walked in the room without knocking. The next day we were walked in on twice after requesting a late check out the day before. |

GREAT. Brilliant. I loved everything. We could bring breakfast to our room, I dont know if it was allowed though. Comfy bed, sofa was good and big TV, clean bathtub and everything. Loved it!! when we called for direction, the girl kep us on hold for more than 10 mins and we had to hang up, wait in the car until she answered the phone again. |
