good Location

Small room, no beach view in our unit. Overall, not very comfortable

Ocean front

Out dated. Needs upgraded. Same price per night as some of nicer beach front hotels. Beds were hard and bath towels were old.

Pool was cold, spa wasnt unlocked, room with 2 queen beds end up to be 1 queen bed and a sofa folding out that was so bent out of shape it took three of us to get it opened and only had a sheet on it as bedding had to ask for bedding.

The view was amazing. The kitchen was bigger than the one i have at home!!

The room smelled bad..old carpet. No hot water to take shower in the morning...hot water for 5 minutes only...my husband and my son had to to run in the cold shower. Everything looked so discussing. Never want to go back there again

The room was very comfortable. I was amazed that the bed was comfortable for an older hotel.

The lighting in the kitchen was very dark.

Terrible TV room cold hot tube broken no extra pillows or blankets ice machine broken.

The room smelled staile there was someones hair on the wall in bathroom. The Comforter had burn holes all around it

towels poor quality/size; no cover on mattress or box spring; TV watching awkward due to light fixtures attached to headboard.

The place was gross,I had to clean hot tub and shower in the bathroom before I used them.the carpet wasn't vacuumed because our feet got dirty when we stepped out of tub.also they refused to turn the outside lights on for us. I usually spend my mights there when I come to the beach NEVER AGAIN THE PLACE TURNED INTO A DUMP...

Was run down, ice machine broken, not good heaters, no extra blankets, the people above were loud and running around untill bout 5am..

Could use some very inexpensive upgrade which would improve looks as well as performance.(ie.sockets, lamps,etc.)

Very noisy. Called to complain about the people above us running laps for hours and (literally) bouncing balls. They increased the noise to pay us back and then periodically knocked on our front door. Didn't call again, they were scary. Really, the front desk should have followed up. I would not return.

The location was excellent.

The room was extremely small and outdated. It was clean but felt old and run down. There was no coffee maker, even in the bathroom.

Room was terribly small; there were two connecting rooms to ours. Walls are very thin.

We were able to get a deluxe room at the last minute for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and very comfortable and had a lovely view.

There was someone banging and sawing just below our room (apparently fixing a deck on the room below ours) and we weren't given any advance warning.

The spa,fireplace,front porch and kickass showers!

The refrigerator was old and not working right(froze food)

I was upgraded to room 202--an excellent room with direct ocean views. I stayed for 2 nights for $75.00/ night, a great value.

It's overbuilt on the back side!

The staff was extra helpful and went out of their way to see we got the best room available.

The towels were rather rough and the room did not have a coffee maker.

Cozy Cove had a pool and hot tub, which was nice and the room was cleanlier than I expected. After reading some reviews, I was actually dreading our stay at Cozy Cove, but it did not end up as bad as I expected.

Cozy Cove is outdated and needs an upgrade on their linens, curtains, and such. Our room was small and our remote did not work.
