Location, condition of room.

No accommodations for handicap requested bottom floor and given 2nd floor with no elevator or assistance lack of close parking for those with disabilities.

We love the spacious room, the microwave and fridge. We also loved that if we need extra linen or toiletries we could call and they delivered! The cable didn't hurt either, plenty of channels. The best part of our stay was the closeness of the motel to the beach.

The only thing we would say that was a negative was that the pillows weren't as comfortable as they should have been. Next time we'll bring our own.

Friendly staff willing to accommodate our need for 3 rooms next to each other.

Mostly the price. But also the location. It was convenient for what we were doing in Costa Mesa.

The room seemed to have a particular smell. Not horrible but noticeable.

Convenient to Hwy 55. Quiet. Generously sized rooms.

Location is great. Rates are great. Desk clerk accommodating about later checkout.

Room was large,bed was comfy. I am a female who was traveling alone and I felt completely safe. The place isn't fancy by any means, but perfectly serviceable.

Lighting in the room could have been better. Was a bit dark.

The room here was above average comfortable for a motel of this price. The price, and the fact that the room comes with free wifi, parking, fridge, and microwave, in this part of the world is a real bargain. I especially liked that the bed had a real duvet, and not just your typical polyester bedspread.

The room was large enough for me to put my recently relocated items after a breakup in there with plenty to spare. The amenities were better than I expected and the bed was comfortable.

The upstairs neighbors were night/early morning people and the ceiling would creak when they moved.

Room was clean and well kept. Very spacious rooms. Hotel is in a good area with quite a few restaurants and other amenities close by. Nice place and very friendly owners.

Close to Newport Aquatic center. Fair price. Personal was good even when I was very mispleased with there internet which didn't work. They really tried fixing it and finally it worked again as you can see. ;-)

Price to high. Paid $75 for one night, hotels on the same street was $50, tv was to small in relation to the distance from the sitting area, the lady that checked me in was welcoming, the two guys that gave me my key later not so welcoming made me feel like I was lying about paying eariler not good for me.

The room was very basic but clean and met my needs. The bed was very firm but I liked that..

Room was large. Huge flat panel TV with Dish Network. Clean. Bed was comfortable.

WiFi did not work. I called the front desk and the person who answered was far from helpful. He told me to go out on the balcony (I was on the 2nd floor). No other explanation. I simply felt the room was a room, nothing special. I left knowing that I would not stay there again.

It was a great price for a great place! I loved the cozy inn and would recommend it and go back next time I'm in the area.
