Would book in a next time in town
Nice hotel with a nice staff. The hotel was clean and fairly well maintained,
The second day we were there a maintenance man knock on the door first thing in the morning wanting to fix the door. (No idea what was wrong with it) im not sure if he came back later after we were out. When we were getting ready to leave on our final day there he came back again at 930am asking if he could fix the door again. We told him no, again. I told the front desk about this and they said they would look into it. As you look around the room you can tell they try to keep things nice, however there are all kinds of random items, light switches, and poor repair jobs in the room.
free shuttle to Disney
the door keys are made in a stupid way which makes it difficult for some people to understand how they work. So expect at night - every night - some people trying for 5 or 10 minutes to access the rooms next to you with a sound on every trial..very noisy. The toilets are not really well built and they keep on geeting flooded with water and therefore on the bathrooms floor. The security guy for an unknown reason to me, every night he tries to open some doors maybe to check if anyine is there?? but that was very noisy and definitely at the wrong time (12-4am!!)
The room was pretty, entry facility was well done, grounds were well kept and parking was easy.
There was a leftover used razor blade in our bathroom, water in the shower was either icy or burning, there was a hole in our sheets like someone had stabbed and ripped through it, location of hotel was sketchy and area was under construction.
Got a good rate for a very good hotel Comfy big bed and big HD tv Pool good
Glad our room was away from freeway Bit annoying you have to keep getting the WiFi code refreshed
staff was very helpful.
the thermostat on the AC unit didn't work. on high cool it would keep turning off in the middle of the night, then i would have no air at all until i changed it to the outside air setting.
Rooms very clean, staff helpful, especially housekeeping.
Nice swimming pool, good staff, overall nice place
We had a huge cockroach in our bath room and the breakfast (not incl.) was nothing special for that price.
Clean and quiet hotel with an extremely nice staff. Room was ready upon check-in, and there was ample parking.
The Wi-Fi never worked for me. I was able to connect to the network, but web pages never opened.
Close to a lot of places
Check in staff pleasant.
Fan, very noisy, couldn't be turned off-- finally unplugged it. 2 of 3 room lights didn't work or were left unplugged. Paint peeling off the door moulding at eye level.
Nothing, the entire stay was that of a 1 star hotel. The star rating is completely deceiving!
The room was 90 degrees when we checked in.A/C broken. Transferred to a new room, thermostat broken and bed broken.Transferred to a new room and the A/C only got the room to 80.We will never stay again!
Location, friendly staff, parking. Pool was looking good, cleaned daily, unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Shopping and eatery within 1 mile.
Each morning we had to call reception to reset the Wi-Fi code The paid breakfast at the restoran was far to satisfy an international guest. Wardrobe was small.
that we had the pool to our self when we used it.
room cleaning poor. nowhere to get drinks when needed, vending machine never worked. no mention of the freeway being that close. some off the receptionist were poor.
I like the how they updated the interior. Stuff was nice. And they had a two restaurant.
Bathroom is small and need little more maintenance to do around the bath tub. A/C smelled muggy but it got better after runing it for an hour.
Clean room Comfortable bed Excellent night time staff
Bit over priced Location seemed industrial Shuttle was hit or miss
the way wifi was most of the time not working.....
quiet room, clean
restaurant on site needed for coffee shop available 24 hours. needed for quick snack at night.
The first time I stayed, the staff on duty were fantastic.
The second time I stayed the staff on duty were horrible. You have to pay each day you use their wifi. The hotel is nice, but not worth $230 on a Friday night...I paid a few $ more to stay at Hotel Maya & the hotel was AMAZING.
Rooms were big and modern, free transfers to Disneyland (about 10mins drive), breakfast was reasonable
Not a lot to do around the hotel (no where to walk to - just eating at the hotel restaurant)
I liked that hotel because it was very clean and the bed ia very comfortable to sleep plus everybody from the hotel was nice and friendly. Me and my husband loved the hotel. The A.C didn't make a lot of noise it normal for a hotel to make noise.
I didn't liked the fact that the pool closed at 10pm. That's all I didn't liked other than that I is a good place to stay.
Comfortable bed Spacious bathroom
Food at Griswolds. Poor lighting in bathroom
The open quad/swimming pool, the maintenance, bar worker both older/younger gentlemen were very pleasant and accommodating.
My sons baseball team had a tournament this past weekend at the Hotel Fullerton from 7/18-7/21. I must say, the front lobby customer service during the day (ladies) were not as pleasurable as it should be when guest arrive. They were not welcoming at all. One in particular (Hispanic w/light hair) was rude and didn't feel like answering questions. It was pretty obvious she was lacking some CS skills that day. She allowed other people to check in before 3 PM, but refused to as other guest with the same party started to arrive. Another thing that bothered me was the breakfast area for the boys and the hours were cut short 7:30 - 9:00 AM. That is way to early to end breakfast, as some kids were turned away because they were 5-10 minutes late. The workers covering that shift were also rude and watch the guests every move on what they ate. I would suggest some CS classes be taken at this location. Others have mentioned its due to new ownership...which shouldn't matter. Guest provide service/business, period.
The place was clean, staff was helpful. Tower rooms are spacious. Loved it, I would stay again.
Price was a bit high.
