Clean, good price, convenient location

I was offered free shuttle to take me to disney, the deiver was 29 minutes lates to take me there. On the way back, I was 10 minutes late and the driver was very rude because I was not on time. Horrible treatment!

Microwave didn't work and bar wasn't open when it was suppose to be

The only thing i didn't like that the cleaning staff started cleaning really early and though they didn't come.in to our room they made a lot of noise cleaning the surrounding rooms so if u plan on sleeping in probably not the best place but with that said i would love to stay there again regardless

The rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff was friendly and helfpful.

A bit over price. This is a hotel that is away from the Disney resort and it use to be a court yard hotel but it is not anymore. Although it was cleaned it is old, the outside carpet needs replacement and some of the fixtures in the room need replacement (such as faucets handles in the bathroom) due to erosion.

Charming in design, very clean, nice friendly staff, good food. I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, easy access to freeway, the hotel, rooms and grounds were very clean. We would stay again in this hotel and recommend to family and friends.

Exterior paint of the hotel needs to be a bit more appealing (personal preference)

Person who checked me in (oriental women) was extremely rude seemed to have zero knowledge and kept interrupting me while I spoke! Very poor customer service!

I did my reservation for double beds when I show they have just King size beds, I have to book other room and my cost was double of the planning, no happy!! plus the hotel is really noisy.

The room was very clean and had a great design to it. It was comfortable and I really liked that every room has a balcony. The view of the pool was very nice. I felt so comfortable in the room and the beautiful up keep and decor of the hotel made my stay all the better.

Valet service and young Asian desk clerk or assisitant mgr. Watched me unload my car and carry bags up to the door before asking me if I needed help. I was on crutches.

Hotel restaurant is a bit too pricey.

The room - I didn't get what I ordered on booking.com. I asked for a king size bed room, I received 2 double bed room. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning did not work well.

I was amazed to see how nice and spacious the room was. The staff was very helpful and kind. We had a great experience.

No hot water, only got luke warm. Not very good for showering or shaving. Long distance to get to your room from the lobby and parking lot, room # 342.

Enjoyed the courtyard view great job of making it scenic!

Maybe a sign directing you to room numbers opposite lobby!
