The peace and quiet, good breakfast, comfortable bed
Location good for being in White Mountains. Quieter than a location on the main drag which is Route 16. Plenty of parking. Nice people.
Smelly hallway. A bit smelly shower and so incredibly small shower. Breakfast room was nice. Waiters very nice. Pancakes really not good.
Friendly staff Freshly cooked breakfast to order
absolutely nothing ... it was a lovely bed and breakfast that I hope I will be able to get back to.
Great breakfast. Quite and close to the center. Large grounds, room to roam around.
Bathroom didn't have fan therefore had some Mold in spots arround the window used to vent the room. Grounds keeping and structure could be better for price.
Location excellent, staff friendly. Accommodations adequate for our needs
Not great for younger children. Second floor building steep stairs, difficult loading and unloading
Nice staff and great breakfast. The location is quite and the facilities of the hotel are excellent.
Our room was tiny and the bed was just OK, comfort wise.
Excellent breakfast, and served with a friendly smile. Loved the pancakes and apple sauce.
The double beds are extremely uncomfortable.
The free breakfast was excellent. An actual breakfast not just muffins and coffee. Also the setting is nice. Near town but quiet and private. Very friendly staff.
It was me and my boyfriends 2 year Anniversary, so we decided to go up to NH, we found this adorable little lodge. As soon as we checked in (after a lot of driving, and doing this around North Conway)The lady who owned the place (who I regret to remember her name) was so very sweet, she gave us a full tour, there is a lovely dining area where she cooks breakfast herself (included in stay) for anyone that would like it, and it was simple and delicious. There were two lounging room, on with a piano and some guitars, the other with a TV, and lots of other little social activities. There's a pool and got tub out back, along with a pond that you can go fishin in, and this beautiful creek! Our room was on a detached building, it was cozy, and very much worth every penny. I would fully recommend this place, if you want to feel at home, away from home. And it's also very close by to a lot of restaurants and seemed to be close to a town center. Also, there were these adorable wine glasses waiting for is in out room, I'm not sure if they were complimentary or not, but they seemed like it!
There wasn't much I didn't like, and honestly these things didn't really bother me much but may be a deal breaker for other people. Like any hotel/inn/lodge, the water pressure wasn't very good. And the hot tub made my skin very slimey. (The pool was clean, and fine to swim in). Other than that it was all wonderful.
The jacuzzi and the pool, the rustic seeing, the proprietor. Everything was great.
Quiet location and beautiful inn from outside to inside. Even restaurant and deck wonderful. I want to go back.
The inn is run by a friendly host couple. It is idyllicly situated - but be aware of which route your gps will tale you. We had to climb a very steep mountain road to get there. Come in from the South if possible. They had a nice swimming pool and cooked the breakfast themselves in the morning - nice touch. It would have been nice though, to be able to combine some of the dishes and get eg. half of two different dishes.
They used fragranced detergent - Having asthma I really prefer as little fragrance and perfume as possible. Also the wifi was exceedingly slow. The cleaning would have benefitted from more thoroughness.
The history of the inn with the Babe sister in all was very interesting. Local was very good. The people we meet from other was interesting.all in all very nice.
The door to room #4was sticks and very hard to open without disturbing other people. The floors were uneven small things like that could be taken care of.
I was amazed by the breakfast. Best pancakes ever! The place is beautiful, cozy and close to all attractions . Very friendly personnel. Place was beautiful, clean and charming.
We gave a night at Cranmore Lodge to our son and his fiance for a birthday gift. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and he even got a birthday candle in his breakfast pancakes in the morning!
Friendly service Good ,comfortable accommodations Great breakfast Great value
Welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast.lovely gardens
Small, cramped room ( but we were last to book!)
The best pancakes and French toast ever!
Staff was excellent, as was the breakfast. There were gluten free options as well. Amenities were good too, such as a pool and walking trails beginning on the property.
The room was a bit cozy, and needed some finishing touches, nothing major though. Its an old building, so you can see interior piping, wood blemishes etc, that remind you you're in an old building. The property is a short drive to downtown, but you could walk to Cranmore mountain.
The innkeepers were so friendly and helpful! They even gave us a special surprise for our anniversary! The breakfast was phenomenal! The old farmhouse was so charming and homey! Our room had a separate entrance and a Jacuzzi! We loved it all!
You need more breakfast items on the menu like home fries
Loved where the location was set, beautiful surroundings, peaceful and relaxing
