The location was good for were we had to visit. Also the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was only one packet of shampoo for both of us and it did not even lather up enough to wash your hair. Also the air conditioning did not cool the room down. There was no pen and paper in the room to write down important information.
We were very pleased with the hotel and staying there again this month.
Would like a vending machine for snacks.
Very friendly staff
It would have nice if the pool was operational... that was a disappointment.
very helpful and accomodating
ice machine did not work
the bug crawling across sink
Friendly staff. Cheap rates.
Cleanliness. Seemed like the room was out of a Chevy Chase movie. Get what you pay for though.
Had to call front desk for soap and shampoo.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was so comfortable and cozy.
I didn't like the fact that I couldn't connect to WiFi properly and the window in my room was too easy to open and the curtains had holes in them.
Breakfast limited but OK,
No elevator to second floor. Ice machine broken. Bedspreads old and worn.
nice, comfortable room. great staff
ice machine has been broken for months. wish there was a wider selection for breakfast though.
Wow, great experience. The price was half what Durham hotels wanted. Not fancy but was clean and considerate. For example, I added in the reservation comments field to please give me a room with cold A/C. When I checked in the front desk said "We turned up your A/C for you earlier since you like it cold". Someone actually read my request and followed through! I would stay again.
The towels are really thin and small. There are not a lot of breakfast options anymore.
Room was dirty. Paint on walls was old. Carpet felt dirty.
Everything was very nice. Older Motel but clean and a good price. When I come back to Butner ...I will stay here again.
Everything was very nice. No complaints at all.
breakfast could include a meat
Real friendly folks.
I have to say the people are very very nice. Location is great and price wonderful!
The place is VERY outdated. You can tell it was probably a "Name Brand" hotel that was bought out, yet everything stayed and has never been replaced or fix up after. My room had trash from the people before me behind the nightstand and under the table. The tissue container (built in) was empty. I left a note and still no tissues were replaced. It just seems the person who cleans does a VERY fast, careless job. I wish it was cleaner and a bit updated because the location is great!
It is very clean
The breakfast offered is minimal at best. They have even stopped carrying peanut butter for your toast. There were no tissues in the bathroom.
Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Parking was good with easy access in and out via the back door. Inside room entry provided a very secure feeling. Quiet. Very good front desk personnel. Check in and out was easy and quick. I would stay again....but it's not the Hilton for sure.
No Klenex in the container. Bath tub drain wasn't working properly...took 10 minutes to drain after a shower. Breakfast was minimal..no eggs/sausage, only waffles, toast, cold cereal, OJ, milk and coffee.
Location and price.
Ice machine was not working, the lady at the front desk got ice from the kitchen. Breakfast consisted of bread for toast, a couple bagels and a dozen mini cinnamon rolls. Coffee and a pitcher of orange juice.
The breakfast could have been better and fresher. But it was a nice overnighter.
Having relatives in the area, those chose this motel for us. Word had passed around during the recent snowstorm that this was the cleanest and friendliest one in the area. We found it to be a wonderful spot to sleep at night. The staff will make your stay! Very friendly and helpful.
the staff. very nice and attentive.
some very important things didn't work.
I like everything the beds are always comfortable
