Good location. Staff were excellent considering the hotel had just opened 2 weeks prior to my stay. Receptionsit had only been there 2 days! This hotel is brand new renovation. Telephone did not work for long distance and international calls as they didnt have a billing system installed yet. Hot water took ages to get hot. Someone old food was still in the refrigirator! |

excellent location cleanliness was poor, it seems only bed is made during cleaning process, sink and toilet seemed not to be cleaned. not mentioned on the internet page hotel is still under renovation, so rooms and hallway full of dust. elevator really dirty. stuff not really helpful. at the moment i would not recomend this hotel. |

The room was small, but very clean and cozy. Great location right in downtown San Fran. |

The room was just about on the right side of OK. I was not warned that it was no where near finished and was infact booked out for last night. However, I did get a 30% discount on whole stay because of inconvenience. Would not recommend hotel or stay there again until up and running for a few months. Guests should be informed of state of hotel at the time on booking. Disappointed! See above. |

The Crescent was perfect. Its location was a close walk to everything. The staff was unbelievable. They were friendly and informative. We would stay there again and again. We would tell anyone to stay there. |

Prima en centraal gelegen. Veel van de beschreven faciliteiten waren (nog) niet aanwezig i.v.m. verbouwing. |

Una ubicación excelente. En pleno centro de San Francisco y con muy buenas comunicaciones. En cuanto esté más organizado será un hotel muy recomendable cuando se vaya a la ciudad de SF para hacer turismo. Personal muy amable. El hecho de llegar en el mismo día de su inaguración hizo que sufriéramos la desorganización inicial. Sin servicio de limpieza de habitaciones organizado (nos dijeron que era temporal). |

Ligging is geweldig.Lekker centraal. Omdat het hotel net 4 dagen open was kregen we hele mooie kamers. Personeel hulpvaardig Hotel was net 4 dagen open. Alleen de bovenste 2 verdiepingen waren klaar.Er was verder niets aan voorzieningen |
