Great location with a nice little bar and good live music. Definitely coming back.
Wasn't a big fan of the room decor but it didn't put me off that much.
generally everything was good
too much loud music in the evenings
Lovely hotel in a great location - 2 blocks from Rodeo Drive. In-house restaurant was handy and good value; hotel was also in walking distance to other restaurants and shopping.
Staff at reception were helpful - just don't book the "flat rate" $38 taxi to the airport - ours turned out to be $72.
The price for what you get..
What is not to like , the staff are wonderful and so accommodateing , Winston at the front desk is so sweet always has a big smile on his face and so happy to see you , and full of information about anything you need to know , Connie was also so lovely when I was sick in bed bought me some yummy candys to my room so sweet and friendly , all the other staff are very nice here too , so a big thank you as it felt like home after a month here cheers Annette De Cler
Bed was too soft.
Good location, friendly stuff, clean room, fast wifi, a lot of restaurants nearby
No breakfast included in the room price, the room price a bit high, no safe in my room
Bar was adorably elegant. Great patio to spend nights enjoying with a short walk to the best stores( mostly window shopping for us) but a great location. Stay here.
Valet can really run up the price but all of the valleys were extremely helpful. They are definitely there to do more than park your car. Thank you!
the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure i had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place.
Location and staff.
Room and restroom minimum sizes. Restroom ugly, small and cold.
I GOT BED BUGS FROM THIS HOTEL! DO NOT STAY HERE
Room, bathroom, restaurant, bar, all the staff.
The bed felt like I was sleeping on a pillow. Some may like that but I woke with a backache. Wife had no problem with the bed!
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was nice and comfy, location was very practical.
There were a few flaws in the room: the water pressure on the tap was nonexistent and the lamps in the room made an annoying whining noise. Also, the taxes that are added to the check at checkout, were a real unpleasant surprise, as they nearly doubled the total amount of our stay.
I love the location ...I love the personal touch .. The warm atmosphere .. The breakfast on the terrace ..,the music at night ...my stay in LA was special because of my accommodation to the crescent hotel !
Excellent, friendly staff. Helpful and happy!
Room was very small, no room for 2 suitcases, no bedside lights.
Friendly staff, always wanted to help Near Rodeo Road Never had to wait for a taxi Central to everything
The place is a bit run down, Can do with someone vacuuming. We stayed for 2 nights ,it was dirty when we arrived and still dirty and dusty when we left
Great location, staff were excellent and the restaurant was nice and relaxing. Short stroll to Rodeo Drive, nice interesting boutique hotel and comfortable
The décor was pretty
The double room wasn't big enough for two people. we had no room to walk by the time we brought our two suitcases in. The bed was only a double. Not many tv channels. Bathroom tiny.No iron.
Good location in a very smart part of LA with easy access to tour routes. This hotel offered good value for money and the helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.
No iron in the room and the air conditioning in the hallway was very loud and could be heard inside the room.
Friendly staff, amazing food, fantastic location walking distance to Rodeo Drive etc, Clean rooms, comfy beds, quaint old hollywood style hotel, will definitely return.
The Crescent is a wonderful boutique hotel with a great location. Rooms are small but if you are doing the tourist thing and just there to sleep it's awesome but the rooms regardless are fabulous. The food is also excellent. Breakfast is my favorite. Stayed here several times and its my go to when coming down for business and pleasure.
Staff good Location really good
Rooms need to be spruced up
Staff, service, convenience, location, and overall comfort
That there is no lot to get your car so you have to use valet
