I GOT BED BUGS FROM THIS HOTEL! DO NOT STAY HERE
Room, bathroom, restaurant, bar, all the staff.
The bed felt like I was sleeping on a pillow. Some may like that but I woke with a backache. Wife had no problem with the bed!
The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was nice and comfy, location was very practical.
There were a few flaws in the room: the water pressure on the tap was nonexistent and the lamps in the room made an annoying whining noise. Also, the taxes that are added to the check at checkout, were a real unpleasant surprise, as they nearly doubled the total amount of our stay.
I love the location ...I love the personal touch .. The warm atmosphere .. The breakfast on the terrace ..,the music at night ...my stay in LA was special because of my accommodation to the crescent hotel !
Excellent, friendly staff. Helpful and happy!
Room was very small, no room for 2 suitcases, no bedside lights.
Friendly staff, always wanted to help Near Rodeo Road Never had to wait for a taxi Central to everything
The place is a bit run down, Can do with someone vacuuming. We stayed for 2 nights ,it was dirty when we arrived and still dirty and dusty when we left
Great location, staff were excellent and the restaurant was nice and relaxing. Short stroll to Rodeo Drive, nice interesting boutique hotel and comfortable
The décor was pretty
The double room wasn't big enough for two people. we had no room to walk by the time we brought our two suitcases in. The bed was only a double. Not many tv channels. Bathroom tiny.No iron.
Good location in a very smart part of LA with easy access to tour routes. This hotel offered good value for money and the helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay.
No iron in the room and the air conditioning in the hallway was very loud and could be heard inside the room.
Friendly staff, amazing food, fantastic location walking distance to Rodeo Drive etc, Clean rooms, comfy beds, quaint old hollywood style hotel, will definitely return.
The Crescent is a wonderful boutique hotel with a great location. Rooms are small but if you are doing the tourist thing and just there to sleep it's awesome but the rooms regardless are fabulous. The food is also excellent. Breakfast is my favorite. Stayed here several times and its my go to when coming down for business and pleasure.
Staff good Location really good
Rooms need to be spruced up
Staff, service, convenience, location, and overall comfort
That there is no lot to get your car so you have to use valet
Location. Price for the area
Small room which was stuffy. Air conditioner not adequate. Need coffee machine
Location very clean stylish room Art deco friendly staff safe area
no fridge in room noisy in the morning
Location and the size of the king bed.
Nicer if have elevator .
This is a great location in Beverly Hills with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rates are very competitive and the staff is very helpful. We were attending an event at UCLA which was only a short drive. The bed was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will definitely return.
The hotel is truly boutique and so delightful.
Location was superb. Price was very cheap for the area.
The room wasn't very clean and is very small.
Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Walls are thin, can hear noise from hallways, rooms above and next door. No safe in my room. Rooms need updating, sheets are old, greying. Valet parking is inconvenient and expensive.
Not far from Rodeo Dr, Plenty of nice restaurants in the localty. Really handy for the hop on and off bus, only there for 2 days so this helped us to see all we wanted to. Nice indepentant Hotel, James & Wilfred were excellent on reception. Loved the breakfast In the garden, made a perfect start to our holiday! Loved the artwork in the corridors & the bedroom, made for an interesting stay.
Smallish room, bathroom would be a bit industrial for some, polished concrete, but no big problem, to be expected for big city hotel, very minor points.
Perfect location, two short blocks from Rodeo Drive. Pleasant young staff with friendly attitude.
Small room with an unusual light arrangement: the bedside lights are also the main light, and can only be turned on and off simultaneously. Therefore, if one wants to sleep and the other wants to read, some negotiations will be necessary... Two separate switched do not seem like a very radical solution! No glasses in the room, apparently because of a strange rule issued by the city health department. Consequently, washing one's teeth becomes a bit more laborious than usual.
No sound insulation between floors so it's a problem if people in the room above yours are noisy or haeavy-footed.
