Friendly staff, amazing food, fantastic location walking distance to Rodeo Drive etc, Clean rooms, comfy beds, quaint old hollywood style hotel, will definitely return.
The Crescent is a wonderful boutique hotel with a great location. Rooms are small but if you are doing the tourist thing and just there to sleep it's awesome but the rooms regardless are fabulous. The food is also excellent. Breakfast is my favorite. Stayed here several times and its my go to when coming down for business and pleasure.
Staff good Location really good
Rooms need to be spruced up
Staff, service, convenience, location, and overall comfort
That there is no lot to get your car so you have to use valet
Location. Price for the area
Small room which was stuffy. Air conditioner not adequate. Need coffee machine
Location very clean stylish room Art deco friendly staff safe area
no fridge in room noisy in the morning
Location and the size of the king bed.
Nicer if have elevator .
This is a great location in Beverly Hills with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rates are very competitive and the staff is very helpful. We were attending an event at UCLA which was only a short drive. The bed was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to friends and we will definitely return.
The hotel is truly boutique and so delightful.
Location was superb. Price was very cheap for the area.
The room wasn't very clean and is very small.
Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Walls are thin, can hear noise from hallways, rooms above and next door. No safe in my room. Rooms need updating, sheets are old, greying. Valet parking is inconvenient and expensive.
Not far from Rodeo Dr, Plenty of nice restaurants in the localty. Really handy for the hop on and off bus, only there for 2 days so this helped us to see all we wanted to. Nice indepentant Hotel, James & Wilfred were excellent on reception. Loved the breakfast In the garden, made a perfect start to our holiday! Loved the artwork in the corridors & the bedroom, made for an interesting stay.
Smallish room, bathroom would be a bit industrial for some, polished concrete, but no big problem, to be expected for big city hotel, very minor points.
Perfect location, two short blocks from Rodeo Drive. Pleasant young staff with friendly attitude.
Small room with an unusual light arrangement: the bedside lights are also the main light, and can only be turned on and off simultaneously. Therefore, if one wants to sleep and the other wants to read, some negotiations will be necessary... Two separate switched do not seem like a very radical solution! No glasses in the room, apparently because of a strange rule issued by the city health department. Consequently, washing one's teeth becomes a bit more laborious than usual.
No sound insulation between floors so it's a problem if people in the room above yours are noisy or haeavy-footed.
Location is excellent. The patio was very nice and a great place to relax. The breakfast menu was just right and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Loved the location, staff etc. 2 blocks from rodeo drive. 2 blocks from bus station. Staff could not have been helpful. Will def stay again
Location Common Facilities Service
Very very small rooms Very very basic bathroom
Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was great. The staff were courteous and helpful, although not always successful in their endeavors. Room was comfortable but a bit tired. Great bed. And there is so much so close. We fell into an Italian restaurant called Il Pastaio literally half a block away. It was so good we ate there three times.
While staff tried hard they somehow missed their mark. We ordered blankets which they couldn't supply. All they could supply we're a couple of throw rugs and an extra bedcover (clean but stained). We needed two lights changed and reception had only one spare globe. The receptionist changed it for us but the maintenance guys never came for the other.
Staff were great, carried luggage up to the room followed by a complementary bottle of water, if you needed any directions they would print off maps for you with routes, free tea and coffee of a morning, lovely outside patio. Great hotel all round!
One night there was noise coming from the next room as their telivision was really loud and we couldn't sleep
Nice room and Nice location
Free breakfast is very poor (only tea and one kind of pastry), but you can eat good stuff if you pay for them
We had a very warm welcome in this hotel and the gentleman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. There was a very nice band playing at the bar when we arrived bringing a jazzy atmosphere to the place. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of beverly hills.
cleanleness , the smell of the bathroom the room too small
location in good . staff is good
Rooms are to small no facility. When i book with booking the photos you show for the hotel not reflecting the hotel it is much Exaggeration I was shock when I arrive to the hotel even the entrance of the hotel like house door no lobby small reception really it was bad experience .
