Location, views, friendly staff, large suites/

Room wasn't that clean, even some linnen had stains. Windows opened and closed diffucult, could use a small update.

fantastic location great accomodation in particular the receptionist jacques was very kind and always very helpful when we needed help.

the dishwasher was too noisy.

Really a wonderful location: just in front of the beach, on Ocean Drive but not in the middle of the night life Small apartment is great for 4 persons (we were there with 2 children of 12 years old) Staff really helpful and friendly

Location was perfect! Right on Ocean close to everything.We were a group of 5 women celebrating a Birthday. Staff was incredible very helpful made sure all was taken care of. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Best value for your money on South beach, I have stayed at many hotels in sobe this one is the best value. I will be returning and recommend to all travelers. Solo, couples, family or friends.

Can be a bit noisy into the night

This place was excellent. We had a group of 4 male college spring breakers and all had an amazing time. The hotel is located within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the clubs that make nightlife on South Beach so famous. Everything was extremely close to the hotel, but far enough away that it was quiet when trying to go to bed. This was an excellent place to stay for a college spring break

I stayed with one of my best friends and we loved it. The room was clean and spacious and it's right across the street to the beach. The roof top terrace had a great view and it even served us for sun bathing.BBut over all I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly and they held our bags before and after check out. The hotel was clean and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

The only thing that might be a bother is the bathroom doors, they are sort of sheer and I mean although you can really see much you can see that someone is using the bathroom.

Location, street parking to save money rather then hotels valet parking, shopping, ocean. Friendly manager. Cleaning service got much better last days of our stay. They let us to check at 11 am reather then 10 am. Kitchen is a big plus!

Cleaness of room, found dead croach on kitchen floor, useless rooftop, no swimming pool, no coffee or cold coffee in lobby, no coffee packs replacement in room (they just gave 2 packs when we checked in). This hotel is not a resort but it charges resort fee. Be careful of 2 inch spike which hold art painting on the wall above your bed. So when you are sitting on bed facing tv, your head will rest on it. Alarm clock is not functioning. No shells or hooks for towels in bathroom, so they put clean towels almost in sink. Dirty walls and door in bathroom.

The location is just great! Loved the varanda where we could sit and watch people walking by. It was way beyond our expectations regarding the price. I definetely want to come back.

There blinds didn't work so well and there was a water leak in the bathroom, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant.

Hotel needs to be updated. Personnel was not friendly except for the manager. No furniture on the outside deck.

Location and value for the dollar can't be beat. It's right in the heart of South Beach, but far enough away from the noise to go back to your room and relax. The staff where really friendly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Being charged a resort fee. I think it's a bit of a stretch calling this hotel a "resort", there is no pool, no tennis court, no restaurant, no spa etc....But its still a nice place stay, just don't expect lots of extra options.

Liked that the room was a full suite. It was very convenient to have a full kitchen available. Staff was always very friendly, helpful, and accomodating.

They advertise a rooftop terrace; would be more useful and inviting if there were some lounge chairs

I loved the price for this suite. it felt like a mini apartment furnished and comfortable. prefect location and friendly staff.

The location is really good, right in front of the ocean and with a really nice terrace on the top of the building.

It was a little bite expensive. Too many taxes. 13%!!

I didn't like the fact that they don't change the linen until you check out. I didn't like that they charge resort fees. Their vending machine didn't even have anything in it. The rooftop had 2 chairs and a small table. This place did not feel like a resort at all. Will not stay here again and wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

Great location! Room was huge with separate bedroom. The main room is quite large and has kitchenette comes with dishes, etc. parking can be extremely difficult on the weekends but this is in the heart of South Beach.

My complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. There was mildew all thru the grout in the bathtub and the jets of the bathtub were all lined with mildew to the point that I would never use the bath only just to shower. The walls in the bathroom just need to be thoroughly washed down.

Good location and a good value

It's a great location. Close to the beach, to lincoln mall and it's on Ocean Blvd....can't get any better. The room was a nice size, the microwave and fridge was a good size. The staff at the front desk were great!! I also appreciated that they provided beach towels as well....

One maid was not helpful. I asked her to leave me a set of sheets for the sofabed and she did not...Once I encountered another maid, she gave us many towels, made sure we had coffee, extra soaps, and many towels..she was wayyyy more helpful.. I also asked the front desk for a set of sheets and they did forget...wasn't too much of a big deal, but I wasn't happy about that..I asked twice and still did not get the sheets until I found the other maid the next day...

Had a good location as was close but not right in Middle of the Crazy Part of South Beach.

The Staff was not always the Friendliest

The location was perfect. On South Beach but at the north end where it was quieter. Wonderful access to everything... Beach, food, clubs, great restaurants, shopping, public transportation. The staff including Sajine(?) and Frank were most helpful. Rooms were clean. Great price for the stay.

Parking was a bit tricky but we managed to use street side parking and keep the cost down... However it was a bit nutty trying to always see when we needed to refill meter. The price you pay for having a car in South Beach.

The room was spacious and we loved the fact that we had a kitchen In the room. Staff was nice and helpful.

The towels were not always ready - We had to wait a few times. Also the shower in the downstairs bathroom was not working.

Great location near the beach, Promenade, Lummus Park... Many bars , restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. The room was great, with 2 rooms, kitchen and all the kitchen equipment, such as plates, knives, forks etc. The staff was helpful and free wi-fi in room was good.
