The hotel is very close to lincoln road the staff was very kindly could not be better the double room was very comfortable and there is also wifi I would stay again here the restaurant next seemed to be closed at night there was no refrigerator available in the room nor there was no icebucks i just needed to drink cold water every night A refirgerator is a must just a small empty one. |

Very simple hotel. Clean but very budget furniture and facilities. Not the best value for money, however location is great. Pictures of hotel are a bit misleading. |

Great value in such a desirable location - steps from the restaurants & shops on Lincoln Road, one block off Collins (2 blocks from Ocean & the beach). Room was updated and very adequate for an incredible price relative to others in the area. |

Good Facilities, but no breakfast and pool!. Rooms where huge, clean and well packed with everything you need. Nice staff. Location is great, its at the corner of Lincoln Drive (shopping street of SoBe). parking was right a cross the hotel. It was a flat parking fee of $20 (on saterday/sunday they use a higher parking rate) per 24hours. Meters are also available. |

Staff was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Hotel was 2 blocks from the beach and less than a block from Lincoln Road/Collins Ave. Location was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and the price can't be beat! Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable but it was free and served the purpose. |

Night staff very helpful. Receptionist was not the most friendly or helpful. The Valet parking service used my car as a taxi - I saw it on the road twice during my stay! The receptionist's response was "it wasn't the hotels fault as they use a separate company and I still had to pay the $30 overnight parking fee"! Unbelievable! What I wanted to hear was "Sorry, that is totally unnacceptable" instead, I had to wait around to get hold of the company in question to get it sorted. It was clear my card would have been charged the full amount if I did not sort it. I got my money back, but the hotel was not helpful. Disgraceful. |

The Hotel facilities were sufficient. The location in reference to the Beach was cool... though it was about 5 blocks from the more popular area of the strip. Customer service was a bit lacking. When we called for towels, we had to pick them up at front desk, and they had no wash cloths after maid service in the early afternoon. We were errantly charged a smoking fee due to ambiguous language in the hotel correspondence. |

The lobby, rooms, and outdoor patio and pool areas were very clean. There is a covered patio dining area next to their breakfast/brunch cafe. There was not enough front desk staff available at check-in and had to wait over 20 minutes to check-in. There was lack of communication between front desk staff. I was granted a late check-out and new front desk person was unaware and called my room advising they did not have a late check out for Sat. Then, an hour later apologized stating he didn't see note left for him from previous front desk employee. |

The location of this hotel was perfect, it was in the centre of town and round the corner of the most fantastic Lincoln Road, walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach. The kingsize bed we had was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever slept on, it was so springy everytime me or my husband moved it felt like we were on the waves even with it's huge size. And the shower cubicle was too small. |

It is a hotel very central in Miami Beach. Extremely close to shopping. The rooms are spacious and the bath rooms are nice and big as well. The rooms decor is very poor. And the lighting is awful. Fluorescent light is not ideal for a hotel room if you don't want it to look like a cheap high way motel. |
