I did like the cleanliness of the condo, and the fact that the dishware was unbreakable. There were dishes and glasses appropriate for young children. It was also nice to find games and puzzles. The place was noisy, and overpriced. The bathrooms had little hot water, and the condo never really got warm. The second bedroom had non locking glass windows, which made me really nervous with two small children. We were also further from the lifts than I had hoped, again because we had small children.

It was a nice room. There were several things that conspired to make this one of our least favorite travel experiences ever. - our main issue was the $85 maid fee tacked on to the bill. While not technically a hidden fee, the small print at the bottom of the last page indicating "85 USD will be added to each stay" felt a bit sneaky, especially as we didnt realize it until weeks after the fact. (We don't travel abroad enough to have readily recognized USD as meaning $) - We never got a confirmation email to inform us of the check-in procedures. - The name of the place as listed on Booking.com was different from the actual name on the building, which made it difficult to find. - No staff available after 5. (we arrived after this) - There was a nice standby lady available by phone, who gave us instructions to open the lockbox of prepared keys, but ours was not previously prepared. (Someone did arrive within about ten minutes to rectify the situation) - Pool and hot tub were closed for the season. This was not clearly specified when selecting the room and would have greatly affected our decision.

-Privacy of rooms -Balcony -Fireplace -Excellent view from our room!!! -Uncomfortable bed -Could not use real firewood for fireplace, resulting in us spending 4 dollars per log for fake wood.
