The location was great. Just steps away from the outlets.
The air conditioning was not working. We were there for a soccer tournament. After sitting in the heat of the games all day it would have been nice to be able to go back and cool off in the condo but it was unbearable. It was difficult to sleep at night when it was so stuffy and hot. We did find a couple fans in a closet which moved the air a bit but it was still too hot. We tried to call the front desk but never was able to get a hold of anyone. Also, we ended up going to Walmart to buy an air mattress for our kids to sleep on as the pull out sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on.
This is a condo, so you will have a kitchen and a living room. The extra space was nice and the kitchen was a bonus.
There is no A/C. You may think that because you are in the mountains that this doesn't matter, but it does. It was very uncomfortable and your only options are a couple of box fans in the closets. When you check in, they tell you to open all the windows and turn on the fans. It doesn't work. Also, they reinforce the "Don't be noisy" rules to almost a rude level. Every time you turn around there's another sign telling you to shut-up.
Place was ok, master bedroom bed was not comfortable at all and somehow was broken... all in all though for the value it was alright.
Washer and dryer in unit. Surprise housekeeping on 4th day. This unit served our purposes. It was very clean. It is close to shopping areas and restaurants
There were no directions about what to do with one's recyclables, only where to put general trash. Door code changed prior to checkout (was told this was a week-early time change glitch.) The designated parking spot was difficult to negotiate with a larger vehicle - we parked outside.
my room had a terrible odor. The hall also had this same odor. Called the office with my cell phone since the room phone also did not work and they told me that they could move me the next day. I received a call from the manager and she found me a room elsewhere. Much better but I wasn't able to get into the room until 5pm. Two days of my travel was very interrupted with moving from one resort to the other. I would not recommend staying at crestview. Dirty and stained carpets, couch and chair. Also comforter on my bed had a large stain on it.Not sure if it had been washed. Also very noisy on the lower level with two kids above, one screaming and the other running with its ski boots on ALL the time
bathtub didn't drain well Remote for both TV's difficult to use
Excellent location for skiing Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley. Front Desk and Staff were very responsive to fixing issues associated with our rental unit.
We were in Unit 308 in Bldg e; this unit was ill-euipped for a weekly rental. Coffee Maker and Toaster didn't work. Only had a couple of drinking glasses, few plates, few utensils to cook with, etc. Staff did a great job getting us what we needed, but the owner of this unit out to be told to furnish the property adequately or be removed from the rental list.. Also, the furnace is loud. We had to turn off the heat at night because of the noise.
Nice place centrally located, had everything we needed
When we booked it said we had wifi, when we arrived and called the rep at the rental desk she said that the unit didn't actually have wifi "because the owner opted not to turn it on". Seriously?!? We had work that needed to be done and we wouldn't have stayed there if we had known that we wouldn't have had wifi. The Federal Trade Commission has laws against false advertising.
Loved the room the set up and comfort was awesome....
Not enough lighting around the builds, esp where it says which build it is made it really hard to find which build we needed to go to when we first got there.
The room had high ceilings and the structure is loft that full enough for more than 5 people to linv in.The room clean and tidy, furniture appliances complete, indoor and ventilated daylighting is good.We could make breakfast by ourselfves.I Didn't found the reception for chek- in at the beginning, and all people helpful who I ask for and a girl who work for reception found us who lost the way. There is a big mall and wal- mart next to the condominiums.
The reception for chek-in is not on the street, but in the inside of the building. It's hard for looking for in the night.
We were next to the pool that was suppose to close at 10pm but at 330AM people were drinking and being loud....woke up my toddlers.
