Huge rooms, free parking under the hotel that was very well lit and felt secure, super quick check-in and check out, everything was very clean, room was quiet despite facing the highway, large mini-fridge in room, Dove bath products, and best of all, just down the street from the office I was visiting.

We are from Connecticut and often visit our son who lives in Saratoga. We have stayed in several hotels in various locations in the Bay Area and found Mountain View to be most centrally located to everything we want to do during our visit.
The city looks fun and vibrant. There are tons of restaurants with every food type we like to eat (we love good food.) We highly recommend Mountain View for travelers visiting the Bay Area.

It is mostly a place for people to stay if their child is at Stamford or they have business in the tech field around there, or saw a show at the Shoreline and didn't want to drive home. No one goes there for fun, it is mainly a bedroom community and very pretty.

The stay was awesome.
The stay was awesome. The only problem we had was the TV, for those who are not techies it is a little complicated. Found a great Italian Restaurant just down the street. Cucina Venti. We were able to walk to the Shoreline Ampitheatre to see a concert.

Mountain View is a beautiful part of the Bay area.
Mountain View is a beautiful part of the Bay area. The downtown section on Castro Street had a nice pedestrian mall and a dizzying array of restaurants to choose from. We could have stayed two weeks and not patronized all of them. Convenient to Moffett Field and the Shoreline Amphitheater.

Beautiful leafy town with walkable Downtown and great selection of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Two train lines and plenty of buses make it easy to get around without a car. Computer History Museum and Googleplex are great places to visit especially for geeks!
The rooms seemed to have been remodeled recently. They looked modern, clean and in new like condition.
The room had reasonable space.
Everything worked and the room had even a coffee machine with coffee pods to choose from.
The WiFi was good for the office work I did on it.
The room was quite and there was no noise from any neighbors.
The location is very convenient and close to downtown Mountain View and office campuses around.
The staff was nice, but I didn't need to interact much.
Comfy rooms in a modern good vibes hotel. Very friendly and service oriented staff. The lobby/restaurant was great for work and socializing. The gym on site is amazing. It is big, has ample equipment and free weights, a big plus if you are selecting hotels with good gyms. Food and drinks were good / we ate twice in their restaurant. We had meetings in the valley and then this hotel is ideally situated, you can reach everything in max 20m (by car).
We loved the location the hotel was at, it was conveniently located near a bank, gas station, plenty of places to eat at. The hotel itself, did not serve breakfast and I am guessing that it was due to COVID restrictions that were still being implemented. It just felt a little deceiving because there was signs and menus that showed they had breakfast available.
We were not informed of the breakfast times when we arrived and so when w3 came down next morning breakfast was finished. They did get us fruit juice and allow us to grab some fruit. Lovely hotel in terms of decor and comfort but not up to the standard in terms of breakfast and staff that you would get in Uk, or Europe. Breakfast served on paper plates.
Most of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They brought me food to my room (which they don't usually do) when I couldn't leave because my child was napping. They mailed me important documentation I left behind in the hotel, and went so far as to send the manager to the post-office and mail it first class. Great breakfast, good location.
We attended an event at the Shoreline Amphitheater so wanted to stay at a nearby hotel. Had a good stay . The hotel clerk was very nice and was able to check in early, which was awesome. Room was decent, pretty clean. price was reasonable. parking was a little tight .
Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodations were great. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we are ever in Mountain View again.
My second stay here, might become my go-to hotel in the area. Spacious and clean modern rooms, comfortable bed. Central location in Mountain View, walk to coffee shops. Both stays were quiet at night, allowing a nice rest.
A comfy bed in a location that was extremely near the office I was visiting. A reasonable walk from the main area of Mountain View. The shower was hot and powerful, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.
The location is ideal for visitors to the area - major shops and dining options easily accessible. The property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location of the property was excellent. Walking distance to the central street of Mountain View, Castro St, convenient access to the airport and public transit, and in a safe neighbordhood
This is a beautiful boutique hotel walking distance from the Shoreline Amphitheater and Google HQ. The service was excellent, the rooms comfortable and stylish, and the restaurant fabulous.
location is pretty good to quickly get to meeting places in Mountain View/Sunnyvale area. There are shops and (fast food) restaurants just a minute walk away.
