Crestwood policy requires guests who have pets must stay in smoking rooms which reeked with the smell of smoke. The room given to us at check-in was not cleaned.
Size of the room
This place is OK for the price is clean and peacefully.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevator was making a screaching notice. At night the parking lot got full of cars and people from the restaurant night club next door and were hanging out in the parking lot. Check out time @11am and not a second after or you loose your deposit. Maintenance guy knocking at my door 15 min. Before checkout . Ironn had a electrical shortage.
I liked that I could pull my motorcycle trailer through, then unhook it, and use my car the rest of the stay without worrying about parking. It's one of the things I look for when selecting a hotel.
the smell of the room
Over all it was a good stay enjoyed all of it
Suit size could of been much bigger
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to the strip. The room we had was clean and fairly comfortable.
The water ran out of the shower on the floor due to design. You could hear other people from time to time.
beds are nasty! !!!!
Beds they were nasty we had to go buy sheets for the beds
I liked it all: I chose it primarily due to its price, but I was a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews on Google Maps. Once I got there, however, I found that those reviews were essentially unjustified rants with little or no basis on facts whatsoever: the staff was friendly and helpful (very much so, actually), I got an early check-in just as I requested, and the room and the facilities were great. So all in all, what else could you possibly ask for? Great value, that's what I got from my stay there.
Nothing bad to say here.
Opened fridge late at night and I saw a roach or bug
The large space in a room with two beds
No maitnance and shower broke. no house keeping so no clean towels.
The value. I only paid 56$ for full studio apartment. I loved having my own kitchen, refrigerator, king-size bed, and huge bathroom all to myself. I wish I could have stayed another night!
Maintenance. Both my bathtub and bathroom sink were clogged. I didn't know they were clogged until I actually used them the following morning. My iron was also faulty. It leaked water all over my shirt and stained it. They brought up a brand new iron, however, it didn't work very good.
The suite features were nice, having a refrigerator and coffee pot.
The whole building smelled musty and old. The mattresses were shot, and when booking it specified queen beds, when we got there they were only full beds. The couch in the sitting area was old and lumpy. The TV was ancient, the remote didn't even have a vol. control.
Needs to be updated
I liked the kitchenetteCh
Check out time.
the presence of a little kitchen
far from the strip, non-maintained room
the room was a good value for the money
They don't clean the rooms on weekends?
Having a place to cook
The bed was small and a little uncomfortable
Wifi spacious room with kitchenette good location one bus to strip
No maid as extended stay property windows seemed insecure ground level broken bed
The pillowes we're flat no hot water and the place stunk.
No cleaning service, had to turn in used towels to be able to get new ones, no extra towels. Beds were uncomfortable, pull out couch was old and ripped. Some numbers on the microwave pad didn't work.
The bed was worn down and not comfortable at all it sunk in the middle the sheets smelled and the chairs were dirty
I stayed here years ago and was confident this stay would be great but disappointed.
It smelt horrible, everything was old, not updated since I was there 8 years ago, smelt like nasty wet dog and smoke, pillows were horrible flat and no fluff, staff woke me up at 9:00 asking if I was checking out today.... Duh isn't that what my reservation said? Not to mention its 9:00 I don't have to check out until 11, so go away. Bathtub was tiny not at all 'suite' like. Lastly you park, carry your bags in to check in then are in my case sent across the parking lot to my room which I had to load my bags back in my car, drive over there and park again to get to the building my room was in. Ahhhh couldn't wait to leave, thank goodness it was only one night. I'll be back in Vegas for 4 nights in May for a wedding but I WILL NOT STAY HERE!
