The room wasn't clean, toilet sink and shower was leaking.
The bed was comfortable
Great suites, with all necessary accomodations, you can't go wrong staying here!
Hard bed,tv from the 80sok
We had a bad experience the first night with the loudness of the other guests.
The desk staff was friendly.
The walls are paper thin. The bed had a deep low spot in the middle. There was suspicious activity taking place in the parking lot. The room was dirty, and there were hairs in the towels. On leaving (early) we noticed that the desk staff was asking guests if they enjoyed their stay. The gentleman in front of us had a similar experience.
What did I like? Leaving.
Stay was just overnight. The kitchen facilities would have been good for a longer stay. Comfortable.
The Staff are very nice
The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors a little.
I liked having a fridge and kitchen. It was the best price we could find for the area. It fit our needs. Nothing special. The staff was nice.
Everything. No cleaning for 5 days. No replacement of toiletries, no bed sheet changes...
Nothing except that the reception staff was very courteous.
the electronic keys did not work- had to go back to the front desk a few times
room was clean
Away from the noise
$30 to check in early or check out late.
Cheap, clean, big room.
house keeping goes on weekly bases only.
reasonable prices for a reasonable good room
The hotel and room had a strange smell, the bed was awful. I mean awful. It was rock hard and cheap. Hardly any blankets for comfort or warmth, and only two flat pillows so bring your own pillows and a big blanket. The location was NOT close to the strip but it wasn't horribly far away. It was, however close to fast food and grocery stores. The hotel was fine. Nothing that bad but not great either. Wish it had a pool/hot tub.
The size of the room, kitchenette and bathroom were great. The staff was accommodating, and the wi-fi worked great. I loved the kitchenette and the two sets of dishes that were there. That was a nice surprise. We were pleased overall with our stay.
there were roaches in the room
I requested a queen bed for me and my wife. We are fairly certain we got a full-size bed, not a queen-size, but for only one night, and with the handicap access it was a non-issue. There is no breakfast or restaurant but that is reflected in the low-cost of staying there. I can think of no other dings.
I requested a room on the ground floor near the entrance due to a handicap. I got exactly what I requested. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which is very important to me. The refrigerator was very clean. Although I needed to stay only one night this would be a greatly frugal way to spend an extended time in a hotel in Las Vegas. One can't go wrong with the stove, microwave, fridge, sink, tableware, coffee maker, and free Internet access. For the money spent, we got a good deal. All of the staff were very friendly, as well. I am a very pleased customer and I would stay there again.
Crestwood policy requires guests who have pets must stay in smoking rooms which reeked with the smell of smoke. The room given to us at check-in was not cleaned.
Size of the room
Pillows were very uncomfortable. Elevator was making a screaching notice. At night the parking lot got full of cars and people from the restaurant night club next door and were hanging out in the parking lot. Check out time @11am and not a second after or you loose your deposit. Maintenance guy knocking at my door 15 min. Before checkout . Ironn had a electrical shortage.
This place is OK for the price is clean and peacefully.
I liked that I could pull my motorcycle trailer through, then unhook it, and use my car the rest of the stay without worrying about parking. It's one of the things I look for when selecting a hotel.
the smell of the room
Suit size could of been much bigger
Over all it was a good stay enjoyed all of it
The water ran out of the shower on the floor due to design. You could hear other people from time to time.
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to the strip. The room we had was clean and fairly comfortable.
beds are nasty! !!!!
Beds they were nasty we had to go buy sheets for the beds
