Crosby Street Hotel    

Superb hotel. Superior room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Manhattan roof-tops in the heart of SoHo. A very special treat to stay here.

The Rooms were fairly spacious , spotless, well appointed, Kit Kemp design with a lot of clever art. The staff was superb with every request from check in to checking out, dinner reservations and suggestions, . Excellent hotel . Also in Soho center was great shopping..

No complaints,was a great hotel, will come again. Fairly costly... But this is nyc!

Hotel was spotlessly clean.

The decor. Everywhere I looked there was a treat for the eyes. And I loved the South African pieces. I adored all the dogs everywhere and that dogs are welcome to stay.

The bed was very slightly too hard for me but I could live with that.

Within colorful and relaxed atmosphere a treatment with respect of independence but it always felt like 'welcome home'.

The design of the hotel was beautiful and staff extremely accomodating. Just a pleasant place to be and great location.

The price was a little hig...but you often get what you pay for.

Fabulous service and unbelievable accommodations. Loved the way it was decorated.

Room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. Lobby restaurant and drawing room were spectacular. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious.

Love the staff , ambience, size, and style of the hotel. Location is great if you want to be downtown.

I invited guests for dinner and I should have sent my dinner and a friend's dinner back. It was really disappointing and not the dining experience I had hope to have.

The staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Efficient yet friendly yet professional. The room was beautiful, clean comfortable and unique. Food was good and the location couldn't be better. We will be back most definitely.

The customer service at the Crosby Street Hotel was outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable from making last minute dinner reservations for us, to ordering and delivering roses to our room upon request. The room service and after hours dining in the drawing room were fantastic. The hotel is located within walking distance of great shopping and dining as well. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Gorgeous hotel, and in the heart of SOHO shopping, food, etc.. The best downtown hotel in NYC.

We have stayed at several Firmdale Properties and they are excellent. The staff is exceptional helpful and the rooms are lovely. Great amenities. And the location of the Crosby is perfect. Right in the heart of SOHO. Just busy enough without being overwhelmed with the crowds like in Times Square area.

There is nothing i didn't like - although the price is high for me so although i would love to stay at the Crosby on every trip i make to NY, it will be on special occasion that i will.
