GM is easily available and was very engaged and cooperative when I needed to extend my stay.
wifi is a bit slow
The stove, fridge, fan, sink, water......these are good. The air-con, shower, WIFI are good too.
We don't know there is no cookware supplied, we would like to have glasses for drinking water, a kettle would be great too.
Quiet location, good bus route to center
A kettle in room would have been nice
Wifi was working well-that was important for me.Clean bed and towels.
Kitchen was there but Not even single pot or spoon, knive ect.Which can be difficult when comes to dinner
The price was fair
1 The smell of the room, probably from the old carpet. 2 the walls and stairs around the exterior were very dirty. A power washer would help allot.
The bed was very comfortable & TV was decent entertainment.
Room needed to be better cleaned, floor vacuumed & dusting needed.
Price. Right on the bus line.
The "kitchen" didn't have a single mug, spoon, plate, pan, kettle, or anything to use the stove or microwave with. You had to walk to the shop to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The traffic noise from the highway was pretty loud. Not in the best area.
Price and location were good. Sheets and towels clean. It was fine for the 2 nights. Other rooms have kitchens and more updated. Also a convenience store attached.
Could use a thorough vacuuming of floor and dusting of furniture. One lamp fixture falling off wall. Bathroom sink faucet needs repair. Only 3 hangers in closet.
Manager was friendly and prompt Property was quiet
Old building Very slow wi-fi
We had a quiet room at the corner, which we could have a good rest there.
Some of the facilities needed repair , which made it a bit inconvinent ,for example wash room did not have light or water! So we had to use kitchen for water..
Very quiet considering how close to the road. People very nice.
Room were sterile. Blanket very worn
It is a clean, family run style motel on Seattle's Aurora Ave. which was a great location to visit Seattle Center, downtown, quick access to Ballard.
Very small room and didn't need kitchen facility for the price.
Clean sheets, staff was super nice.
There was red mold in the shower. We replaced the shower curtain ourselves, bleached shower stall. Probably won't go there again.
-Strong tobacco smell -Room dirty -Fridge dirty -Kitchenette dirty and old -Person at the desk not friendly
The staff was very friendly. I liked the double locks on the doors. Having the little store on the premises was very convenient.
Couldn't get a consistent wifi connection. The room was clean, but needed some maintenance - most light bulbs were burned out, no covers on electric outlets, broken toilet seat.
Rooms are very clean and functional.
A bit too overpriced.
It was so dirty !
A total mess all kinds of broken stuff in room. Faucets shower doprs
Its a decent enough room we stayed in. The front desk guy each day before we would leave asked if we needed anything put in the room. The room was clean. It was a functional. It was a place to shower and sleep and that's all we needed. Bus stop was on the corner.
Right next to a bus route so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. WiFi is very iffy. It works for a minute then goes off for 10 seconds then back on then off for 10.
I didn't like that I got eaten alive by bed bugs! I was covered head to toe in burning, itching red bites and it's taken days and heavy medication for the pain to subside. I'm curious as to how a business does not know they have this kind of an infestation. And if they did know and still put me in that room, that makes it all the worse
Staff, location, price, and flexibility.
Big rooms, roomy bathroom, decent bed (surprise!), pretty quiet though you can hear the street noise. Very clean.
just the location, not very good part of town. BUT, that's why the low rate. Really great value if you just want a place to stay. Also convenient to down town, about 15 min. straight shot.
Mostly quiet, near bus stop, attentive staff
Poor-quality wifi, some minor disrepair that was addressed quickly by staff
The staff was great! They were helpful and very accomodating.
This was fine for a short-notice crash site.
It's amazing what one can pay for a simple flophouse, with no wi-fi or breakfast, in a marginal part of town.
