the staff was friendly
The guy at checkin was rude
Bed n my rest time
Bath room ,floor,blanket,toilet,
The staff. Really nice people. But, I made my reservation for a queen-size room with two beds. When we checked into our room I was upset. The room was tiny and there was ony 1 bed!
The location. Very unnerving. I was unable to relax and rest.
it seemed like a motel right in the middle of ghetto in Oakland, I did not feel very safe there and they also blocked my card for 100 dollars deposit, something they never did in the other hotels/motels. Also, the personal was really bad, slow and I would say, weird...
I liked that I actually got what was listed online. It was a king smoking room. Thats it n thats all
I noticed around 1030 am that maids were making their rounds which is understandle. At 1050 the same middle eastern guy that checked us in knocked on the door loudly and was rushing us to check out. I always thought normal check out time was 11 am. I didnt feel safe there as there is not an extra dead bolt installed on the door
The owner came right up and made the bed. Also he was very accomodating
The bed wasnt made when we arrived
Comfortable big room with free coffee
Witnessed a woman being beaten in the motel, we did not feel safe at all during night time. Bad wifi connection
The hotel and the staff were wonderful and took care of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable.
Not knowing the area at all, the location during the day seemed ideal. At night, the people in the area really showed us a different side of things. It made the area seem sketchy and made us nervous with small children under 8 years old.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed, safe parking.
Slow internet connection
The place was clean and reasonablely priced
Its not the same as the picture. Its in a bad neighborhood
For the price, the rooms were pretty decent, and clean.
The area isn't the best. The hotel isn't in the best part of town.
Room was nice and roomy for a single. The bathroom facilities were fine.
The curtains were a little ratty and I had to use a safety pin to hold them shut. Someone was yelling outside the door at one point for about ten minutes. Fortunately, it was the middle of the afternoon at the time, so other than making me wonder why they were doing it, it didn't particularly bother me.
There was long black hairs on towels and floor, and ice tray
