This hotel is located less than just under 1 mile from Downtown Disney. The hotel has rooms with flat-screen TVs.
Score from 1312 reviews Excellent
Was not expecting to walk into a kitchenette, with breakfast bar that led into a nice sitting area with a couch and TV. Then a separate doorway that led into a spacious bedroom and wonderful bathroom.
Would have been nice to have any plates, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.
Location was excellent, staff was cordial and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
TV in room didnt work, walls were then.
The staff was extremely friendly and the room was amazing!
The bar/restaurant staff was awful. Never asked us if we were ok and took forever. Even though we were the only ones there. Could definitely have done better
Everything was perfect and the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Absolutely no complaints
I loved the look of the hotel and how friendly the staff was. Location was great.
I could hear the traffic off the interstate. Also, I wish we could have opened the balcony doors. Charge for parking added to expense.
Room came with a bar sink, fridge, sectional sofa, and a large bathroom.
Big suite with big bathroom and shower, helpful staff and onsite car hire, free shuttle to local downtown. I would only rate hotel at about 3 1/2 star. Good location for our purpose. Good restaurants close by.
Rooms a bit noisy due to being next to busy freeway and some window seals deteriorating, air con a bit noisy also
I needed to cancel my booking due to my partner being diagnosed with breast cancer requiring an operation. The hotel refused and adhered to cancellation policy. Very callous!!!!
The restaurant did not deliver our room service. We arrived for breakfast every table was dirty..we waited for a table to be clean. We had recieved a voucher for a free breakfast with our reservation and when I ordered I was only allowed to order the Buffett which was 14.99. The menu item I wanted was cheaper but I couldn't get it
Do NOT let them phone you a taxi. I missed my plane because they phone everyone a limo service even if you request a taxi. I waited 30 mins, when a regular cab would have arrived in mins. Horrible horrible woman ruined my holiday. Growled at my when I asked her to phone to see how much longer it would be. You have been warned.
The parking was very limited. We had to pay $15 a night just to park next to a curb.
Paying to park seperate
The location is very good, if you are trying to avoid the Disney area and do things downtown.
The bathroom did not have a solid door. It had a louvered door, which only covered half of the doorway. Even though we've been married 10 years, we like a little privacy in the bathroom! The hotel paint and decor was faded and dingey. The plates at the breakfast buffet were dirty. The room was either too hot or too cold-- impossible to achieve a comfortable room temperature. I though the Crown Plaza was supposed to be a nice place to stay, even a little on the fancy side, so this was deeply disappointing.
Nice room clean!!
For the cost I expected better. Bathroom too small for a King Suite. Horrible Shower pressure and temperature. The ironing board behind the bath door kept the door from staying open. Very disappointed in the King suite. Shuttle stunk of cigarettes. I will not stay here again.
It was very hard to sleep. Our room was by the interstate and the noise was very loud all night
Stayed here on our first night of our first ever visit to USA.Great place!Had a nice evening meal and beer in bar/restaurant.Nice friendly service.Would stay here again for sure.
Very loud. To much road traffic from I4. A/c in room was very loud.
I was so relieved what I walked into the room and found that it was very clean! The bathroom had plenty of towels which has always been a problem at other hotels. The beds were very comfortable. The only issues were our room was located closer to the highway so the busy cars were hindering my sleep. Secondly, I had made sure that parking was included however I was mistaken and charged 15.00. I never understood this concept of charging for parking! Other then that it was a great deal
Paying for parking and highway noise!
The staff were all wonderful. We had to change rooms, but they upgraded us to a beautiful suite. An amazing huge shower and large bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the living room and kitchen areas were roomy.
The appliances need upgrading. Our first room the refrigerator didn't work and our second room the microwave wouldn't turn. They allowed some type of party above us on Saturday night, which went until 3am. They claim security went up there numerous times, but yet they still allowed the party to continue. They also charge 15-18 dollars a day to park. The gym is small and has aging equipment that squeaks whenever used.
Bedding was super comfy and the hotel was very close to downtown. Probably would've been a cheap taxi ride, but we drove ourselves to restaurants/bars.
Paying a $15 surcharge to park sucks...especially when the security gatearm barely functioned. And it's not like parking was a premium: plenty of empty spaces. Even so, I see how this might be a way to save car-less travelers $ on a room.
I was impressed that for $99 a night we got a two room suite with granite countertops, larger soaking tub and seperate walkin shower that had 5 shower heads. King bed was very comfortable. And the staff from check in to check out were extremely nice.
That we could not stay longer!!
15 -18 dollars for parking / is extreme this isn't a beach resort and this wasn't mentioned at time of booking only thing did not like- takes away from value of hotel - also need better way to exit property to get back onto Colonial drive
I liked that it was close to the Bob Carr performing arts center;nice room with a view of the water;nice employees.
It was a bit out of the way at night to get something to eat;I didn't have a car.
staff was friendly and helpful bed was very comfortable
couldn't open windows (lol)
