The bathroom was awful. There was no water pressure and it was not comfortable in terms of supplies.

Restaurant was surprisingly above the usual hotel restaurant. The food was very good . I am grateful for a special young waitress, Catherine, who went out of her way to get info I needed. Not often a woman of my age finds such kind service. Had to wait quite a while for the shuttle from airport to hotel. Continental breakfast in room service was inedible!

Good proximity to the airport so an overnight stay to recharge before the following connecting flight was most welcome. Breakfast staff weren't as attentive as I would have liked. Wasn't sure who to talk to to get coffee and the wait was longer than expected (more than 5 minutes as opposed to less than 5 minutes).

Valet staff was friendly, but that was about it. Room had wet comforter & sheets on bed. Said they would change while we were gone, but didn'T. Brought dry sheets @ 11pm when we returned. Handed sheets to husband & walked away (rude)! Walls so thin could hear people talking in next room until 3am! Hwy traffic loud too (sirens, cars, ...). Miserable stay! Could not get out of there fast enough!

Hotel was clean late check out I was very upset because first I was given incorrect info over the phone about parking fees was told 6.00 but was really 12.00 then when I was checking in another customer came up and was complaining about her room because she needed double beds, I received my room keys and went back to my car to assist my husband and kids with the bags. We get to the room we assigned and the key wouldn't work, while trying to get in the room, the customer that came down complaining opened the door she was given the same room as me so very upset and frustrated went back to the desk to complain, no sympathy was given it was just like o sorry bout that...really no compassion at all then I leave to get something to eat and my key didnt work to get out of the parking lot someone had to come let us out so I had enough called and spoke to the manager she kept apologizing but my thing is no complimentary breakfast or nothing was offered I do thank one of the guys helping with luggage he did at least bring us bottle water and said so sorry for the inconvenience. That was very embarrassing and frustrating. I dnt think I would be back tho.

Shuttle bus operator refused to wait 2 minutes while my wife retrieved her wedding ring from our room. The next shuttle dropped off a passenger at a location other than the airport further delaying her arrival.

Your staff was absolutely wonder, she was so warm and helpful, even called the suttle for us and walked outside to make sure shuttle was coming. A very great asset for your hotel! Only that I couldn't stay longer!

Location was great staff was real nice room was clean (one exception listed in the dislike category) overall, very nice hotel Heating/ac unit produced a foul odor whenever it was on (urine); house keeping did not change the sheets after the first night;

I liked the location because it was easy to get to the highway. It was close to the airport and uptown, Atlanta. The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms do smell like smoke. The staff was not that friendly. You have to pay for parking ($12.00 per day). You can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

It was really nice inside. Cool to have to put my key card in the elavator to activate the 11th floor. Felt like a boss. The staff was extra nice and the breakfast buffet was awesome. that was what sold me. The gate to enter and exit didn't work with the key card and had to always call.

The customer service was awful, and they placed us in a room that was not cleaned up after from the previous guest. Not to mention the supervisor on duty was very nasty and disrespectful not only to our party but to other customers.

Property had potential and the lobby area could have been very nice...just did not have the extra touches like smell, flowers..the extra step, seemed like it was just a business but no love. room was dirty. some of the towels where black or stained...just not clean.

Location. Fast room service and good. Shuttle van. I had to pay for parking twice. I think I paid at the counter and again when I left because I was not given a voucher but not sure. The Shuttle service had be waiting at drop off and had not idea I had to be in anothe location. I was never told this at drop off or at checkin.

Location Originally charged $12 per day for parking but the excellent star reduced it to $8 per based on the advertised rate on booking.com. Charging for self parking for an outdoor lot is purging the guest. To top it off the electronic parking system didnt even work. Elevators did not work properly and the building is under a MAJOR renovation. Lights went out on Saturday morning and I walked down 24 flights of stairs. EXCELLENT staff tried their best to make the stay enjoyable. Extremely friendly!
