I looked the gym facilities and breakfast.

I loved the lobby area of the hotel.
I didn't like that I wasn't informed prior to my visit that there were additional hotel fees. I also didn't think the rooms were that nice for the amount of money I paid, and the bathroom sink was dirty.
The staff offered excellent service and the hotel had good amenities.
After hours, there was only a bar area to eat in with no real seats and tables. The hallways looked old and dingy.
The $12 parking, to park your own car seriously.

It was easy to get in and out of. The bed was comfortable.
Woke up the following morning after check in and saw a platoon of ants on the table near the TV. Had to rent a microwave and refrigerator for an Executive suite. $50 added to an already $600 bill. Plus $12 a day for parking was a shocker, since I've never paid to park as a resident at a Hotel before. Then there's a sign saying not response for any theft or break ins. So I guess I wasn't paying for security. When I informed the desk clerk about the ants she sent the engineer up. He came when I went down for a second time with a can of bug spray. When I asked to move to a different room or a complimentary breakfast (you pay to eat breakfast also) I was denied. While speaking with the Housekeeper and engineer about the ants learned that another room was available down the hall from me. Moved into it and was given a free microwave and refrigerator then..

Phone in room was really dirty The back parking lot was unmaintained and looked abandoned. Knee High weeds and pot holes everywhere. Vending machines lacked prices and were broken, unstocked.

Lack of space on shuttle bus. It took an hour to check in due to lack of available staff. Had to take a cab back to airport due to lack of shuttle bus after waiting an hour - put my ability to make my flight in jeopardy - it was a dump for a Crowne plaza. I'll never stay there again

Very nice terrace where they serve dinner or you can just hang with friends.
Carpet on the floors. My room had a big red spot as if someone had dropped nail polish. Will hotel interior decorators ever realize that wood or tiles are way cleaner than carpet? Really hope so!

One, you shouldn't pay for parking especially when you can't find a parking spot and/or have to park far away in an lot that clearly does not get taken care of. Two, only 2 elevators were working which is ridiculous for that big of a hotel. Three, they don't tell you ahead of time that they are going to charge your account $25 for a hold in case they need it for damages, but they'll give you back $13 in 2 to 3 business days ( the $12 is for your parking). This place was a joke and I will never be back!

Not a good value . No amenities and extras for the price . Pay parking . Staff unpleasant and not knowledgeable . Small rooms.

Rood in poor shape, with paint and wall paper pealing off the walls, Air conditioning unit was very loud, Tub was losing finish around the drain. The linen was frayed and needs to be replaced. There was a very large leak from ceiling, water being captured in buckets, in the reception area. And a person staying there 3 weeks and having to be there 4 more weeks warned us of erratic nature of the elevators. No complimentary breakfast even though I though it was listed in there on line presence.
Location was good and lobby was nice. Staff was nice.
Bathroom sink would back up as soon as I would turn it on. I had to be issued new room keys twice. The room keys I was issued wouldn't work at the gates for entry or exit. I do not feel that the room was worth the price at all. I would not stay there again.
The bed was very comfortable. We needed glasses with our ice bucket but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. We had to go back downstairs to get them.
The short drive from the airport as we were tired, however we booked a hire car to pick up from the hotel kiosk and this was not operating so we had to go back to the airport and the shuttle was complimentary
