Great staff, lovely bar, close to a metro station, attractions close by, close to airport
There was wifi but in our room the connection was very temperamental and sometimes non existant
I loved the view and the bed was beyond the best i ever slept on.it was very private which is what I needed to study.
I was charged over $80 for room charges. They will not provide me with a list of charges. Not good.
Rooms were nice & clean. View was beautiful.
I wasn't informed that $50 would be held for 3-5 business days on my debit card. Breakfast was ok but not worth $35 for 2 people
The room was comfortable and had a nice smell compared to the hallway that smelled terrible.
The bathroom had no active venting for humid air while showering and grout and ceiling had mold/mildew because of this. Small vent in shower was full of dust.
They staff was very nice
Extremely unorganized. The system was down for about an hour. When we got in a certain elevator it wouldn't go to the 8th floor so we would have get off then get on a another one.The room was very nice but the hotel charged me twice for my room & when I spoke to someone at the front desk I was told it was not showing up in the system. So i showed the front desk clerk where the funds had been taken twice,he then told me he would get in contact with his manager and get back with me in about 30 mins. The next morning after not receiving a call at all I tried to call the front desk but the phone had a busy signal.I called my bank once I got downstairs the same clerk then spoke with bank then all of sudden he saw both chargers. We were able to get corrected Also we needed more wash cloths because we only received two I tried calling house keeping but the phone would not work.
Great King size bed, slept like a baby.
Old smell, maybe mold.
The deposit not refunded soon as I leave
Close to coca cola, aquarium, olympic park, cnn, downtown, football college museum, and marta station 'civic center'.
I wanted to go to the premium outlets north georgia and staff wasnt helpful arranging my transportation.
Free wifi good location
They half cleaned my room when asked for a room to be cleaned they came in they never straighten the sheets never changes sheets they just took the comforter and threw it over wrinkled up sheets they never replaced to toilet tissue it was requested three times they never bought and clean towels that we had to be requested every day I think something should be standard and clean towels every day should be standard
Location to everything Midtown was excellent
They didn't have the food that was on the room service menu
price for parking
False charges to account. and more training from staff msybe?
i paid for a romance package that i did not receive
no coffee left in our room. too many pets.
They lobby and room service was extremely nice.
The room service was a bit pricey for the quality, but still yummy. The balcony door wouldn't open, so the (small) balcony was pointless. We stayed in a king suite and honestly could have stayed in a regular room for much cheaper. The size of the king room was not much bigger and the bathroom was extremely out of date. The pictures on booking.com looked nothing like the room. Also, the elevator took 30 minuets to get up to the 11th floor on check out day, so we decided to carry our things down the stairs. Once we got down the stairs we couldn't find a place to exit to the lobby and ended up running into a few other groups of people with the same issue! Eventually we ended up exiting through the kitchen (an employee only exit).
Nice location. Room had a high-end feel to it. Close to midtown nightlife. Would stay there again!
Morning staff was nice and food was good.
Balconys locked. They should tell you about this before you book. If you go outside to smoke you are harassed by people on the street. The hotel didn't care. The night staff was horrible.
The bed was the only good thing about our stay. And the valet everyone within in the hotel needs some respect training
food was way to expensive. No vending on our floor or ice machine. gift shop clerk Was not friendly. *2 bottles of water * a small can of ginger ale way to expensive again. Had to go get another 5$ Came back down to the gift shop clerk drinking my ginger ale. she did get another for me. Also on our door 15th where the vending was supposed to be located the wallpaper was coming off and mold was behind it. We were not very satisfied. To us this was not a 4 star rating.
I liked the location of the hotel and access to areas of the city I needed to get to.
I did not care for the parking or the price of parking each day. I did not really feel very comfortable in the room itself. The bathtub had cracks in it as like it had not been updated in decades. Some of the staff were not very courteous and professional. Amenities were few if any.
The location, close to restaurant and other facilities.
The room was a bit cold, needs more isolation.
wifi is too bad
The bellmen & valet's were nice. My room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient.
I arrived at 10:50pm and my room wasn't ready. I was finally in my room by 11:30pm - after driving for four hours. In the hotel restaurant there were 7 staff ppl and 5 guests. The buffet was $20 plus tax. Food selection was soup, salad, french fries (in a steamer not under a lamp), roasted corn, over-cooked pork tenderloin, and over-cooked chicken tenders...that was it. I was never offered a menu, so I the buffet was the only option given. I should have walked out, but it was late so I just ate what I could. The staff was too busy socializing with each other to wait on any guests. I had to flag someone down to get a drink. No one checked on me after that - at all. I tossed some cash on the table & left. I probably could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed. After this experience, I understood why I so many ppl were meeting delivery drivers in the lobby to get their food. I had a security issue that should have been handled more professionally. I kept thinking how unfortunate it was that this hotel was run so poorly, because it could have been really nice. Definitely NOT worth $700 for three nights. (All the other guests on my shuttle to and from AmericasMart were complaining, as well). I don't think any of us would recommend staying here. Wi-fi was free but it was slow and kept freezing up.
