    The comfort of the bed

    The MOLD! No I didn't report it. The wait to check out was long (15 min) tops & I was soooo ready to go at the point

    Price was good. Had a problem at parking garage with credit card machine. The lady at the front desk for late night was very nice and helpful. She is doing a fantastic job.

    Needs new carpet in rooms, bigger tv and a exhaust fan in the bathroom cause I stunk it up.

    Front desk staff was unfriendly; had to send food back twice ; housekeeping left door open; locks did not work on door; restaurant didn't open for dinner until a large group came in; wake-up call was late

    Had to ask 3 times to get our room cleaned. Never did get the iron we asked for. Dirty sticky gym equipment. We were given a room with one bed and told at check - in the room had two.

    Location was good, close to MARTA, clean and comfortable. We were told hotel was under transition.

    House maid left our room before finishing cleaning it. They did not close door so it would lock so it was open all day. Luckily nothing was taken. They left cleaning items in room and didn't restock towels. We complained. Next day no towels again. Hotel windows not insulated well so sleeping with sounds of city was hard. Some buttons on elevators didn't work so unless right elevator came, could not get to floor room was on. Several people complained of the same noise problem. In lobby, we had to go ask for menus and to be waited on the first night. Wait staff hung out at bar instead of going out to tables to ask if service was needed.

    Location was close to Georgia Tech, which is why I chose this hotel. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was fairly quiet.

    Carpets were very worn throughout the hotel. Shower tile and curtain were mildewed. Carpeting in room was frayed and unclean, especially around the vanity. Generally in need of repair or upgrade in many places.

    For business the internet convection should definitely be better. Have guests pay for a better connection is even preferable

    The room was comfortable. The valet service for the car was friendly and prompt.

    I felt my room was the only area I could enjoy during our stay. The balcony door was sealed shut. The swimming pool area and bar was closed on the top floor and only opens in June. The ground floor was constantly crowded from a youth convention. There was nothing in a short walking distance that interested us...you had to use your car or mass transit.

    One guest services representative named Trevor was AWESOME! he wanted to make sure we were satisfied he changed our rooms and all.

    Even tho my room was changed to a upgraded room it was still disgusting! I will never stay here again or refer anyone to stay here. It was not worth $115 a night should've been more like $45 a night! I was very dissatisfied and they charged me for one full night and reimbursed me other night but should've given me half off that night as well. The sofa was filthy look like it came from on the side of the road. I stayed on the 20th and 23rd floor.

    Never told me about a deposit on my credit card found out when I got home. Same with my credit card at the bar. Called them about it and was all games trying to find out why they did that.

    Staff very friendly, location was good and easy to access from interstate. Nice size room

    Location.

    Carpet was dirty. Pillow cases were dirty. Could not access balcony. One of the elevators had a broken button so you could not go up to the 18th floor. Upon checkout there was a very loud alarm, the fire doors closed and we had to walk down 18 flights of stairs. When asking the front desk about it they were rude and didn't give any information.

    Hotel was in a great location. Restaurants, convenience stores and public transportation are close by. Staff was helpful with any questions we had.

    The hotel need to be updated & the carpet need to be clean or taking up really mess my allergies & seen a roach in the bathroom paying for parking really.

    Friendly helpful staff, attentive and polite. Good food as well. Excellent location and the room was comfortable with a nice view of downtown Atlanta

    As strangers to Atlanta, the hotel was very easy to find, Reception staff were very efficient and friendly, and the room was very clean. Hotel is about a 10 min walk from CoCa Cola world & the largest Aquarium in the world. we only stayed one night in the hotel before moving on to Orlando, however if i was ever back in Atlanta i wouldnt hesitate to stay here again

    It took about 20 min to get our car back in the morning as there seemed to be only one Valet working. and then he expected a tip. I thought Tips were for good service.
