The culture of the south is great, cordial people, everything is close by, food is incredible (fox bros BBQ), Great local bar scene as well very close by
the room was not comfortable, badly needed an update and renovation, water was hot in the morning but lukewarm in the evening and night, the central air wasn't working right, put the temperature at 85 to raise the temp in the room a couple of degrees. The carpet was stained.
The staff was friendly
Business centre was a rip-off. Got charged $140 for printing 6 pages. Apparently someone else must have used my log-in. I didn't even know I was "logged-in", I just clicked a link to print some pages. Hotel not interested, referred me to third-party provider of business centre service who basically told me it was my fault. No refund. My door to balcony was screwed shut. No fresh air! My floor smelled musty.
Friendly staff. Helpful with organising dispatch of baggage via FedEx.
Could not connect to Wi Fi.
We liked the staff. The room was clean and the temperature was easy to control.
Small, dated rooms. Bathrooms very old need up dating and mold and mildew on tile grout and ceiling. Had to keep bathroom door closed because of mildew odor.
Friendly staff good location.
The view from my room
The free wifi was horrible!
The beds were very comfortable and the view was wonderful! Also very near to many attractions.
pay attention, the pay for upgrade is the default selection for WLAN Login ... I had to pay 14,5 dollars when I was in the rush and consulted my emails for 10 minutes ... :(
very nice Bed, large TV
Wifi and cellphone service was horrible. I was on the 23rd floor and had to step into the hallway anytime I wanted to use my phone.
The bed was amazingly comfortable! Awesome staff and great location!
Bolted shut balony doors and half the elivators weren't working
Everything was great and when you get to the room you look out the widow with a beautiful view of Atlanta and find out you have a balcony only the door is bolted shut so it's gets you excited the. Brings you down a little but everything else was great
Expensive parking and valet
At one point it appeared only one or maybe two elevators was operating at a time. This caused crowds and disgruntled guests.
The balcony out from my room was very nice!
Elevators long wait. hotel pretty run down
The pool wasn't open; it's closed for renovations, despite being pictured in all hotel emails. Hotel restaurant is rarely open, despite signs that say "Open 11am to 11pm". Location is a little shady; don't walk around too late at night.
Proximity to Ponce de Leon avenue for jogging. Fitness center isn't bad either.
The musty smell, expensive food on site, Poor quality bed
They had one working elevator the whole time we were there. We were on the ninth floor and it was so smelly it's not like old mold our bed was really soft and Uncomfortable and our next and back sore sore for days after. The carpet was disgusting there were spots of blood underneath the sink stuck to the carpet, The vent in the shower was covered in mold and dust it was filthy gross. Parking was $15 a day and every time you left the lot it would be four dollars, it was pretty close to the Georgia world conference center it's $10 for a cab ride there or it takes about a mile to walk.
There's a water maintenance during the time we stay so there's no water at all, so they just gave us 2 small bottle of water as compromise. I think they can do better than that.
The tub could have used at least one more wipe down, but this was an easily, quickly solved issue.
location, comfort, cleanliness, staff... Good deal
Extremely friendly staff, nice, clean rooms.
We were not impressed with the quality of the service at the breakfast buffet. But then the manager came over asked us how it was. We said ok. ...he asked why just ok and we explained. He comped all 4 of our breakfasts! I couldn't believe it! Service obviously does matter there!
From the moment we stepped inside we were impressed! Devon.....the Bellhop was over the top polite professional and helpful!
The hotel need refurbishing !
The employee at the hotel were just Fantastic . Always with a smile and ready to help. I would go back only because of this !
Half of our stay we had no hot water for showers. Outside our room was a noisy ice maker and some sort of staff access door making it a very noisy stay.
Facilities are very poor. The rooms are very out dated. Breakfast was so horrible we paid to have breakfast and I only went twice. I had to call nearly everyday for my room to be cleaned then again cause they would forget towels.
Very warm at night even with the air on, hard to sleep.
