a car was a neccesity as there was little accessible by foot. car parking is expensive, but this applies to LA in general.

The lobby and restaurant areas were quite nice. Our room was substandard for the $199 per night charge plus $26 parking. Paint was chipped in several areas, the bathroom was tiny with an unattractive pipe sticking quite visible under the vanity, and the water backed up in the tub while we showered. Yuck! The people above was were noisy and so were other guests as they walked to and from their rooms. We were quite dissappointed.

I wrote the positives and negatives on the left side and didn't want to start all over. I will add that I expected quite a bit more from a hotel that has the words Beverly Hills and is located in a good area.

Sheets not ironed, toilet overflowed, TV remote did not work, door to one room had to be visited by engineer because key swipe did not work and I was unable to pack my case to check out and ruined last day in LA. Generally a tired hotel.

We had a nice room, and they were of a good size. Beds and bedlinen were really comfortable. The best thing were the staff, very attentive and helpful with every request we had.

We have nothing to complain about.

The neighboring guests were loud, rude, and pounded on the walls at 7 a.m. when we wanted to rest and sleep in. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel.

It was in walking distance to great food and shopping. Parking was accessable. Staff were very helpful, although the room we had was not as roomy as we have had from other chain hotels.

The pool area was really exposed with large windows (or I called it the veiwing area) from the resturant.

Being in LA for the first time, I expected the hotel to be near some shopping centres. Transport to shops and sightseeing was difficult and taking the limo services was very expensive. But I enjoyed my 5 day stay

The lifts were slow. The area to the lift was narrow

Very loud ac. We woke up several times that night.we didn't reported the problem because we arrived very late.

It is quite old. I think this is not 4 stars hotel

The room was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpfull.

The walls are very thin and we had children making a huge noise until late at night. We complained the next day and they said we should have phoned as they would have moved us or the people next door. Far away from the main attractions.

Passei uma péssima experiência neste hotel e ao relatar o fato para o gerente ouvi apena "Eu lameto muito" me desculpe'. Trata-se que em 23/11 pas 10:30AM fui tomar café da manhã no restaurante do hotel e por ja ser tarde estamos apenas eu e minha esposa e dois funcionário do hotel que trabalhavam no restaurante. Eis que após o café fomos embora passear pela cidade e minha esposa escequeu o Iphone 4S -32 g em cima da mesa do café. Uma hora depois demos falta e retornamos ao hotel. O restaurante já estava fechado e foi aberto apenas para visualizarmos a mesa em que sentamos e lá o iphone nao estava mais. Porém como só tinha nós e dois funionarios pedi ao gerente Sr. Ryan Cambell, que apeser de termos esquecido e o hotel nao si responsabiliza por objetos esquecinos, para esta situação era muito fácil de resolver pois logo que saímos da mesa veio o funionario retirar os pratos. O fato é que o gerente apenas pediu desculpas e si comprmeteu a falar com os funionarios. Falamos para ele que estamos super desapontados como hotel e achavamos inadimissivel um fato desse ocorrer e nao localizarem nosso iphone. No dia seguinte, fomos procurar o grente (ele não nos procurou em nenhum momento pra dar retorno do fato)e mais uma vez ouvimos apenas um pedido de desculpa e um "lamento muito". mas niguem do restaurate viu seu iphone. Assim decidimos sair desse hotel no mesmo dia pois nao podia continuar num ambiente nesses. Como cliente o gerente nada fez para minimizar nossa situação: Não nos ofereceu um aparelho de telefone para que pudemos fazer algum contato emergencial com nossa familia, nao nos ofereceu um desonto na conta do hotel, nem siquer nos perguntou qo que ele poderia fazer pra minimizar nossa situação traumaticas, não só a perda finaceira do aparelho mas pricipalmete pelas fotos de nossa tão sonhada viagem além de outros dados inportantes contidos no iphone.
