location and price
bathroom vary small . noisy
Nothing to mention.
Here is like a hostel not like a 4 star hotel. People are not firendly, evrything is very old and the rooms do not smell like clean. Crowne should renew their hotel as soon as possible.
Location and that's it.
I booked for 5 nights but left the hotel after the first night. The room is dirty, the bed sheets are dirty, the bathroom is tiny and barely fits an adult. The AC was not cooling at all and the room had a bad smell. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Disaster!
I like the fact that they tried to help by offering to change the room then giving us a small discount.
It wasn't professional on the part of the hotel to give us a room on a floor on which they are doing work as it was quite noisy on one early morning especially. Also I was travelling with a colleague who came from Lebanon and they would not let her in the room even after I confirmed her name as she arrived before me. Expensive buffet breakfast and no option for a la carte food.
The beds were comfortable
On a saturday morning I was woken up by banging from floor above me. A half an hour later the fire alarm went off, then stopped, then went off again, then stop. This continued for about 10 minutes. Lastly, on my first night, when I went to take a shower, turned out the small shampoo bottle that the hotel provided was empty. Very unprofessional.
1-night double room: 220 usd , plus tax and 28 usd 1-night parking fee, total 285 usd. But get a 100-usd-motel feeling. The restroom just face the middle of the bed. The window of our room on 8th floor is broken. The air condition is too loudly to sleep. The lobby is new, but everything are out of day upstairs.
I will come again
Not very much, check out receptionist was very negative . We asked for late check out and she did seem quite off hand. We checked out early , 6 pm, our room had not be cleaned properly for 4 days, and not made up at all on the day we checked out. Walls and floors in lobby and around lift area were very tired and not too welcoming . A hotel in this area should be freshly painted and well kept.
I booked a private limousine to sightsee around the movie star homes of Beverly Hills. This was organised through the concierge. The driver did not know who lived in the homes and also told us that Jerry Lewis had lived in one home before he died! We did have an excellent afternoon , as he was a keen squirrel spotter. What a waste of $150.00!
first few nights it was so noisy from all clients in the hotel shouting. The room wasn't very clean but it was ok if you just want this place to sleep at night.
The front staff was excellent and knowledgeable of the area. Starbucks coffee was an excellent bonus.
No mini bar, not enough tea bags left in the room. No safes in the room. The room felt a bit old and musky.
Fairly close to everything.
Too pricey for what it is. Definitely not what the pictures make it seem. It was more like a motel.
nothing is good
old building , room is small and stinks , location was't that great, I don't recommend it to any one. I checked out the next morning.
Very friendly staff. We have stayed here before and check in/checkout is always easy and quick.
Rude staff, unexpected behavior, even when the supervisor came was even more rude than his colleagues Old and not reinovated Very poor bed and toilet Worse Aircondition system In conclusion the worst hotel I ever stayed in
The furnture of the rooms and the ailes the hotel is old The charge they take on the parking is high
The location was good, 10 minutes walk to Radeo Drive. Quite & Safe. Supermarket is also close by 5 minutes walk.
Comparing it with the crown plaza chain we have in Dubai, I expected it to be more lexury with similar services. but it wasn't any closer, not even to any of our 4 star hotels.
Attentive, kind and service minded staff across the hotel.
Only good thing I can say about hotel is location. It is not great location, but OK
Hotel has cleaning problem, small appliances are poor quality. Some towels looks unpleasant. Aware of your invoice and make sure to check it, they add some extra fee on top of booking price.
location good free WiFi good staff
To much expensive because the location I think but you can get hotel in less price
Walking distance to shops/ restaurants. Nice area. Pool
Nothing every thing is not good but only the staff are good
Noisy i couldn't sleep Room is too small Smill very bad The worst things is the bathroom small, old and smile bad I won't stay there again
Rooms and buffet not very clean (insect) , the house keeping always forget to put tissue in the room, the toilet door is next to best directly
It felt gross, unclean, and not because the maids were bad but the whole look and feel of the bathrooms and walls was old, beat up, and not worth nearly $300 per night. Totally overpriced. It's worth about $65 per night. That's it.
