The staff tried hard and were friendly.
Very Noisy, would have expected more for the price and the breakfast continued to decline with each morning. Not fresh.
everything is really good, clean, comfort, wake up call, and the scene.
a little bit far away from the city centre.
Room was clean, & quite.
Had trouble finding the main entrance when coming from the other side of the highway.
staff, beds, location
had to pay for parking
The room was clean. The grill was very good, the waiter Robert was very pleasant and the food was delicious
The highway running under the hotel was VERY noisy. We were on the fourth floor and the traffic noise was very loud. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Staff was freindly and helpful. Wonderful experience!
Easy access to Fenway. The bus stop is across the street. It makes getting getting to the game easy. Max and Leo's brick oven pizza is right next door and is great.
Clean and comfortable room.
Loud because of the highway. High parking pricetag for a hotel that far away from downtown.
paid a lot but even didn't cover parking cost.
Very nice hotel with bar/restaurant. Bus access to downtown Boston.
Nice room and staff. Nice view.
Held hostage for parking. Reservation was entered for wrong days. Did not get two queen beds. WiFi is complimentary but after you factor in the atrocious parking fee it seems you pay for it anyway.
Everything except parking
We had pay parking
convenient, good bar.
noisy hall ways
Fairly good location
The room was so noisy, couldnt sleep at night! Poor wifi connection!
Valets were awesome...very polite.
1.Long wait at check in. One clerk was busy with a family trying to straighten out payment. The other clerk must have been new, he was very slow and kept getting distracted by guests coming up to desk. There was an older blonde clerk that walked through the desk while the line was 3 guests deep..don't you think she should have stepped in to help with the line? Nope. 2. Felt nickeled and dimed. $28 to self park, $24 for valet...Turns out the valets were the nicest employees there. Very polite and helpful. 3. No complimentary breakfast...even cold cereal and coffee? 4. Sleeping over the highway. That noise wasn't as bad as the drunk hotel guests outside our room in the middle of the night.
Front desk talking with their personal story to each other and other co workers.
The staff was helpful
You can hear traffic all night long- if your a lite sleeper this might not be the best place to stay
Did not answer the phone at the front desk at 11am.
There was a public bus stop that was very close by, did have to walk through sketchy area to make it to hotel. But convenient.
On top of rate for room, you were told you had to pay $28 additional dollars plus tax to park on site in their own parking garage. Vallet saved you $2 a day but would take them 20 minutes to locate keys. The breakfast option is non- existent unless you pay $15 for yogurt. Rooms cramped and loud. Massachusetts turnpike right outside window.
Nice room, nice crew, free coffee
No fridge at the rooms, the pool was closed when it shouldn't have
Gym and pool
Bed is small. Vallet service is bad, only one man working so more than 15 min to get our car. Storage was full to let our bags after check out. Pass by tools to get to Boston City Center by car
very clean, bed very comfortable, easy in and out. Great upscale bar with attentive staff.
because of the location (over the interstate) the rooms are noisy. I only could sleep with earplugs...
You have to have a car to stay at this hotel and I would expect parking to be provided free but instead it was added to the hotel rate and it was very expensive. There was no free shuttle to public transport and public transport was very difficult to reach. So we had to take the car into town and to pay for parking in Boston and at the Hotel.
Everything !! Hotel is immaculate, staff is very knowledgeable and accomodating and the room was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The service was outstanding
