Noise levels until 5:00 a.m. Kept other guests awake. Price was in excess of guaranteed booking rate.

The room was nice and the hotel was in a great area.

That it was so close to the Blue Line on the El train. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the O'Hare airport.

The staff seemed pretty detached and irritated with tourists. I was also confused why there was no fan in the bathroom to help with humidity during a shower.

The hotel was in a convenient location.

I did not like that the hotel doesn't have a hot tub, the price for parking, and having to walk so far too get to the elevators, the cost of room service, nor did I like having to pay for internet. By far not a 4 star hotel.

The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, quiet, comfortable and centrally located for our needs. The bed slept great.

I personally think it is tacky to have to pay extra to park at a hotel you are spending a night at. I would much rather have that cost figured in to the room expense.

It is right next to the Akoo theater! Not too far from CTA.

Modern rooms, nice bathrooms, clean, quiet, great lobby bar and restaurant on main lobby floor.

Great location, clean rooms.

$4.00 cup of coffee no replenishment after 1st night in the room. This gave me the perception of not caring about the guests just revenue.

Facilities great. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was excellent value for money at the restaurant.

Breakfast vouchers not given until we asked. My daughter arrived a day earlier and she wasnt told anything, so presumed breakfast wasnt included, when it was. She purchased her breakfast the first day. Once we arrived we sorted it out, but for her it was too late as she had done it the day before.

Good shuttle service from the ORD airport. Nice furnishing. Excellent restaurant on the premises. Friendly and efficient staff.

Wake up call was 35 min. late. Sink was stopped up.

The room was ready when we got there and the location was perfect for our need.

No Hot tub; Pool too crowded

Расположен недалеко от метро, в угловых номерах с дополнительным диваном очень большие панорамные окна в углу номера. Вкусная кухня, большой бассейн, пинг-понг в фитнесс-зале.

Завтрак, включенный в номер, оказалось только на одного человека на один день! Резервировал и оплачивал номер с 2 гостями, а на 3 дня проживания дали всего 3 талончика!
