Valet staff was very friendly. A+

Beds were to hard, not comfortable. Booked a king room that was already paid for, checked in the staff tried to put us in a double room had to make them change room. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Walls are too thin could here everyone coming or going especially the neighboring room. The staff tried to tell me the when I booked room through Booking.com that room that was supposed to be paid for was not a guarantee that I was going to get that room.

Liked location as I was at a conference. I've marked "gay friendly" as anything in downtown Cols. that is NOT so is at odds in a fairly "gay" town. Glad to have fridge, too, as I travel on a close budget most of time. Staff has been one reason I've stayed there now three times when at this particular conference. Am also a member of the CP/Holiday Inn "Priority Club."

Elevators a tad slow. I always joke that they wait until all of us in OMEA are checked in and then shut one off. That's really the only thing!

The hotel was right across from the Convention Center which was great! We only stayed one night but the hotel was nice. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

The paper thin walls. We could hear everything happening in the room next to us........let's just say I'm so glad we didn't have children with us!! I expect to hear others while staying in a hotel but I've never stayed where you could hear every little thing - it was like we were sharing a room. Not good!

The hotel was quiet and welcoming. Upon check-in the staff was not overly friendly but check-out was really good. I love the convienience of the cafe in the lobby and the valet parking.

One main reason for choosing the Crowne Plaza was that I had my 9 year old daughter traveling with me and I promised her that we would go swimming. Upon check in I was told the pool was closed. We did walk by the pool and it was filled with water and looked inviting so I am assuming it was just closed for maintenance. Whatever the reason I wish that I was told before arrival that the pool was not available. Even when checked in I was not told about the pool until I asked.

Our visit was Christmas weekend so we had a lot of packages. The public parking required numerous trips to and from the deck. Not sure how to make this simpler.

I'm 76 years old, and I have been in a LOT of hotels. I can honestly say that none were ever so accommodating, friendly, good beds, efficient. with really good food and the servers that bring it as is your hotel! We came to see/hear a comedienne at the Capitol Theatre, and appreciated using the shuttle.

Not a single thing.

That its close to nationwide arena I feel that the hotel is aging and that 200.00 plus a night is a little much. I rate the rooms at 150.00 a night

I liked that it was close to the convention center. I also got great service from the young lady that signed me up for the rewards program so I could have a later checkout time and then told us of a great pizza place nearby.

My room had a bad odor, like a fat sweaty man. The shower in the bathroom had ripped wall paper. The toilet was hard to flush/ took a long time to flush. We had a late checkout of 2:00 but our door key wouldn't work when we tried to open it at 1:00. The pool was 5 ft. Deep all the way across and we were unable to enjoy it as a family with a smaller child. The water in the pool was very cloudy and the cleanliness of the floor was questionable. The carpet was stained and old throughout the hotel, was not as nice as some that I have stayed in that were less expensive. Not luxury at all. I tried to make hot water in the coffee pot for tea and it tasted bad like really old bad coffee. Had many heavy bags when I checked in (while my husband was elsewhere) and was not offered any help or a luggage cart to get to my room by the men at the counter checking me in. Was not given my receipt when I checked in.

Great staff. Pleasant room. Excellent location for DT Columus, particular Convention center and Short North.

Very beautiful hotel

I did not like the design of the bathroom.

The Staff and the room was very large and comfortable.

Was disappointed that the swimming pool was so small and there was not a hot tub.

Lack of basic amenities such as reading lamps and bedside tables on both side of the bed, only one pack of non-decaf coffee in the room. No breakfast included with stay.

great service. everyone from the valet to the front desk and breakfast were wonderful. nice clean and spacious room. very good buffet breakfast.

we were there for homecoming weekend. Was not exactly a great deal

It was nice to be connected to the convention center. We were there for a dance competition. The staff was also helpful.

Our bed and floor had crumbs all over it. Internet should be free. Was very expensive and not worth the cost. Also our bathroom sink did not drain.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The elevator was extremely slow and there was a 5-10 min waiting time for each elevator.
