The front desk man was a jerk and needs to understand customer service (wears a big green ring)
The shuttle around town. The staff was pleasant.
The rooms were outdated. The bathtub drained slow and the windows were always filled with condensation.
Staff very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help us. Loved the spa products great after a 16 hour flight.
No hot water
The fire alarm going off at 5 in the morning
Bed & Linen were great
Hotel is trashy - closet broke / toilet over flowed on carpet & was not dried. Ice Machine not working - no Ice on the floor. For what we paid - very dissapointing.
Solitude friendly staff
I had no sex that week
The location is wonderful and the facilities are good.
Downtown shuttle and airport transportation
No transportation to college football playoff game even though a featured hotel. Staff didn't tell us about any local attractions and restaurants close to the hotel.
the only thing that was good was location
For the money we spent the hotel was in very dirty the room was not anything like the web page the bath room was small and need a good clean
The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of downtown.
Front desk attendants were horrible. I flew into Dallas before noon, so I requested an early 1pm check-in when I booked my reservation. Normal check-in is at 3pm, I understand that. So, I called a hour before I arrived at the hotel to check on my ability to check-in early. Then I waited in the lobby from 1:45pm until after 3:00pm, while other guests seemed to check-in with better luck than me. The front desk attendant told me my room still would be at least another 30 minutes. I didn't get checked in until after 4:15pm. I wish they would've been honest about my ability to check-in when I first called and just offered to call me when my room was ready. I wasted 4 valuable hours, especially considering I had to fly back home in the morning.
the location of it.
Location of the hotel was excellent, plenty of parking in the garage, the breakfast buffet was better than expected, the staff was very helpful.
The hotel needs to be remodelled, the rooms and common areas feel dated, especially for the location.
The room was big, quiet, and cold
Pillows were not comfortable
Mix up in how many days we were staying and having to move rooms. That was poor.
Location near Downtown Only Staying One Night
Water from Shower leaked into carpet in bedroom Unhelpful Staff Too expensive not to be better quality
There was contstant creaking while trying to sleep, not too much of a big deal. The guy at the front desk was extremely pretentious and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Quietness & Location.
$16 parking Staff was very rude when we checked out. All I had was 20 dollar bill the lady proceeded to tell me she couldn't make change at all for me. I stood there almost having to leave her a $18 tip for basically being rude. We then asked the other person working then the same girl pulled a money box out of a drawer and just like magic she had money to make me change!
The bed was comfy. And the shower was super hot. Loved it. I didn't want to leave
Super on-site restaurant, serving a proper full breakfast including bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit and pancakes. Very secure. 2 mile radius courtesy shuttle.
5 minutes walk from station,it's helpful for midnight arriving in airport Dallas love field.
WIFI password was wrong, it should be confirmed.
The beds were hard, have to pay 16.00 per day to park at the hotel in which we were not told about until we got there and asked for parking pass. Everything else was great. It is next to bus stop so homeless were begging for money.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Bed and sheets were awful. The comforter was rough and the bed was very firm. Rooms need updating and repair.
liked it all staff was great
