good shuttle service, friendly staff The billing was amended from debit to credit card some weeks ago, Crowne Plaza has accessed my debit account for the second time. This will need to be resolved, as I have incurred bank charges on the transaction. Very tiresome!!.

Staff were peasant but poorly trained and inexperienced Nothing worked, hair dryer, toilet, TV, pick up from airport, facilities not as described, tired and empty, food was terrible, location awful.....canceled second night and went elsewhere, best decision of the holiday

It was away from the highway and it had a reliable airport shuttle. Good breakfast, although terrible coffee - like mud! 1. It is shabby and rundown, and in some cases not so clean. 2. 3 Lamps in the room were not working on arrival - either not plugged in or a globe had gone. 3. Food ordered at bar had a mix of cold and hot fries when the plate arrived. An expensive Reuben Sandwich. 4. Couldn't open any windows. 5. Even after I had talked with the staff to say that there was no need to service the room, some hours later an annoyingly worded letter was slipped under door from housekeeping saying I had "refused" to have my room serviced due to the "do not disturb" sign hanging on door. 6. No recycling in the hotel which is shocking in this day and age. I had to take my recycling with me and dispose of it appropriately at Denver Airport.

The room was artfully constructed—not just a box. We especially liked the big open space of the artful atrium housing the restaurant, bar, and lounge chairs. It was permeated with quiet, relaxing music, and off of it were the exercise room and internet access room. It was easy to see where everything was. The only drawback to the atrium was that if you sat in the wrong position at the wrong time of day, the sunlight would be in your eyes.

Rigtig dårlig service. I restauranten blev jeg tilbudt et bord modsat de få andre gæster, forlod derefter restauranten. Medarbejdernes attitude synes at give udtryk for, at de ikke kunne lide at være der.

Very friendly staff. Nice entrance/lobby area. Room not as clean as expected. Kind of smelled funny on the floor we were on. Also, a little too pricy for what you get room-wise.

It was easy to book a room from my phone since our flight out of Denver was canceled. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. An on-site restaurant provided food for weary, weary travelers. Check-in was a very smooth process. The cost of the room was pretty pricey and the hotel seemed very empty. Check-out in the morning was difficult at best. There were 3 of us trying to check out and get the shuttle and 2 of us finally left without receipts.
