The staff was great. The service at the restaurant was very help location was great near the Denver convention Center. interesting people enjoyed my stay.
The room was small for the cost witch I though was very high $200 a night plus $27 a day for parking. The Host and servers were great but lack of good natural Vegetarian food was great problem in the restaurant. The toilet would not stop running and I had make sure by lifting the top off to make sure the seal was closed. Not enough lights in room. Towel were scratchy and my staff could not get ahold of me and were put on hold a long time
Location is great for 16th street mall and convention center.
I had a high use suite on the 15 floor looking into a parking garage. Had I had a companion I would have changed rooms. Carpet had been cleaned to death and was needing replaced in the bedroom. Denver was hot this week 80 or so. I had to keep shades closed just so the two air conditions would keep up.
Staff The food in the restaurant Cleanness
Old building Old elevators Old interiors Very narrow isles
Clean, well cared for
rooms are small, bathroom is very small, food is OK, but very limited.
The location and surrounding shops and dining.
Being close to the elevators, noise was bothersome. No refrigerator.
Unbelievable that you don't even have a whirlpool?? Also way overpriced!!
Service, cleanliness, value for money..
Extremely friendly & helpful staff - every single person. Reliable & fast WiFi. Convenient location next to 16th Street Mall, close to sports arenas.
Location was perfect
Overpriced small room....least favourite of all the hotels we stayed in during our two week road trip.
The hotel was central for sight seeing. Large comfortable room. Well supplied with towels etc. The cooked breakfast was excellent.
Think for the price it should include at least continental breakfast, and pay for extras. Our room was not serviced til 5pm and that is was when we came back for a rest after along day.
Really liked the location, and the attention we received. Very nice and pleasant staff. We would recomend this hotel.
location, location, location
We picked this hotel because it had rooms with 2 beds in each one. But when we checked in, they told us they weren't available, and tried to give us something else. Elevators were a total pain!!!
I work at a hotel myself and I think you all did a wonderful job takign care of guests.
Used towels on the floor in the bathroom when we got to the room. Offered us a smaller, different room.
Good and friendly service The quickest check out in my life
Very noisy AC Very slow Wi Fi Very old towels
Great location. Shuttle to sports authority field.
Additional charge for parking that was 12 dollars higher then what the daily workers paid downtown to park in that garage.Leaky shower, and a sink that was to large for the bathroom. And the employees should be using a service elevator instead of the hotel guest elevators. Did not like the elevator security system, each guest had to swipe there card for their particuular floor or the elevator may go back down, and this was not explained to us at checkin. The TV when used, and the channel buttom was pushed to raise or lower the channel it would go back to the menu channel! And the starbucks was not worthy.
There is no refregirator in the room. No cooker,
we were there with our two young grandsons, age 7 & 9 and the location and facilities was great! Loved walking to the Aquarium and surrounding areas; as well as riding the trolley and eating downtown! Great stay, great location. was as advertised!
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Denver is a very nice hotel, with an excellent location just a single block away from the 16th Street Mall. The room was cozy, through there was a carving in the tint on the window that gave my view of from the 16th floor more of a prison-esque feel to it. For what you receive with a single king bed room, you should be paying half of what they charge, and the parking is ridiculously overpriced. However, the staff wad great, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had a blast.
Services provided by staff at front desk and at resturent
Wifi is good. The location is closed to colorado convention center.
Disturbance from next room, sound proof is poor. Value for the money is poor.
food is good，Good service attitude.
It is too expensive.
Beautiful room, great proximity to restaurants and bars, great pool.
Poor parking situation and beggars right outside entrance.
Location is great Breakfast is nice
We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children + there was no extra towels for the kids, and had to ask for a room change when we saw that we couldn't fit in the room + there was no breakfast voucher for the kids = they did not check who were their guests. The original room door was not sealing so you could hear the hallway. For $350 a night, you expect way better. And it could be nice to avoid charging an extra $27 a day for the parking...
The lobby lounge was nice. The pool was nice. The view from the room was interesting. Your staff was very nice, especially the lady who checked me in late at night,no delays. The female bartender was good.
The curtains in my room did not close or weren't there to keep the room dark in the early morning. The faucet in the tub leaks. Many of the tv channels were black but had sound. The room was either too hot or too cold. The concierge did not seem interested in helping me see the sights. The fruit water in the lobby was not available Wed. morning. It would have been nice to have a robe to wear to the pool and back to my room. The male bartender used a cheap imitation coffee brandy instead of the Kahlua drink I ordered, and wasn't very cordial, seemed too busy. The parking was too expensive as was the room.
