Room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Jet covers in the hot tub were missing so the water splashed everywhere

We booked through a third party on the internet and when we got there the hotel didn't have our reservation in their computer, there was a discrepency somewhere along the line. However, the woman that helped us out at the front desk went above and beyond to rectify the situation. She even upgraded us to the luxury lounge floor for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

I had a confirmed booking but when I arrived they hold me they had my paper work but no rooms. They said they weren't responsible because I used booking.com to make the reservation. Only AFTER you called them did they come back and offer to find me a room at another hotel. Unfortunately the room was a 30 min drive and didn't make sense time wise so I ended up going back and sitting in the airport all night. Now I'm afraid to use booking.com again. The staff at the hotel was very uncaring.

How everything was redone from the Crowne Plaza, where we have stayed for years. Bathrooms were way too small for such a lovely room and suite that we had. Have stayed at hotels and liked it better when they had bigger bathrooms. Hard to place any articles in the bathroom counter. Also, the pillows were way too soft.......ended up hurting my neck, because of it.

Close to airport The cleaning girl messed up and did not clean our room one day, and she promised us that she would do it. We talked to her several times when to clean it. It was upsetting, because, we chose not to have it cleaned the day before that and we really needed to have it cleaned.

It was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. I was disappointed that the bar wasn't stocked on New Years Eve, so there was very little to choose from for a celebratory drink. My room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that the pool is usually open pretty late. Overall my stay was pleasant.
