Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops    

Friendly staff, nice pool area, great shopping across the street at the Bell Tower Shops. Plumbing in first room bad, updated to a suite.

Room keys didn't work, had to take door apart to fix it late at night. Would have been fine except we had to get to the airport the next morning at 4am so that was a little stressful.

The staff are excellent with a great attitude and very welcoming.

The location was central to my needs. The staff was superb! In spite of my other comments I would recommend this hotel because of the staff and the locatiion provided you were prepared to go elsewhere for "other components of your stay".

I was disappointed mainly because I was hoping for a more exclusive hotel. I usually stay at a more full service hotel. The restaurant was an upgraded beer - sport bar, which served its clientele perfectly, but left something to be desired for those who would have liked a quiet breakfast-lunch- dinner restaurant that didn't smell like old stale beer. The food fit the clientele's expectations. The hotel is not set up to be a respite hotel where you could relax by the pool, order drinks, and relax. It is more eqipped for the traveller who is basically "in and out". The Club level was nice, but subtle things were missed. For example, they would serve Asian chicken potstickers but have no soy or Asian dips for them. Daily they offered sour cream dip, a vegetable dip for everything they brought out. It works for the clientele and their expectations, but I guess I am just not the right guy for the place.

Mailadressen var felaktig och trots flera försök kunde vi ej få kontakt. Därför missade vi också shuttle-servicen från flygplatsen.

Ligging bij winkelcentrum en direct bij weg 41. Daardoor makkelijk bereikbaar. Veel parkeerruimte en gratis.

Het hotel is duidelijk "over de datum". Behoeft dringend modernisering en een frisse uitstraling. Badkamer te klein. Restaurant oubollig en geen ramen. Restaurant heeft geen 'continental breakfast' tenzij je er om vraagt, maar ook dan blijft het matig voorzien. Terwijl bijvoorbeeld Crowne Plaza Miami Airport wel goed is.

Secure location, special accomodations for single female travelers. Friendly, courteous staff, courtesy transportation to airport allowed me to travel in a timely, stress free manner. Clean, quiet. A good value for the money

Zentrale Lage in Ft. Myers. Allgemein Guter Standard und Frühstück von richtigen Tellern mit richtigem Besteck :) kurze Wege nach sanibel und captiva. Odr auch nach Bonita Springs.

Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Bad war zu klein.

No breakfast buffet Just a roll and fruit on 5th floor not set up for everyone. Have to buy breakfast at their restaurant. For this price it should be included.
