Close to the airport

The bathtub had lots of hair in it, as if the maid used the previous occupants towels to clean the tub, they were long black hairs. I could not take a shower after seeing that, grossed me out!

Very clean and comfortable, great location for shopping and still close to downtown.

Bed and sheets

Patio and bathroom was small and heat was too noisey

We stayed at this hotel because you offered food on your website. When we checked in on Wed night there was not food service to be had. I also wanted a hot breakfast, which the kitchen was closed. You really had nothing to offer in way of food. I am on a gluten free diet and you offered muffins and yogurt. I think you should have sent us an email 2 days prior stating that your kitchen would be closed. We prepaid for our breakfast. I will not stay at your hotel again, unless I call the hotel the day before to make sure all services are in place.

No hassel and quick cabs to take you in and out of the hotel. Rooms were clean and would of liked to stayed longer than 1 night to get the full experience.

Got keys to an occupied room at check in. Room was outdated and not clean. The pipes were making loud clinking noises in middle of the night. Manager was did not accommodate for the inconveniences. Expected much better hotel with Crown Plaza name. Lower "grade" hotels were much cleaner and comfortable. Avoid this place.

Everything was wonderful. I would like to see more coffee in the room. One packet of regular coffee is not enough for 2 adults! I had to ask at the desk for more and although it was cheerfully provided, it was an inconvenience.

Location, very clean, very modern.

Only a minor consideration was the check in clerks, 2 young women who were not very forthcominig about our checkiin status. They conferred with each other in low tones, not smiling and I finally had to ask, do you have our reservation and is it ready? They finally told me they didn't have a room with 2 queen beds that was clean. (It was 4pm) I asked if they had a king, they said yes and we took it.

Prima locatie en goede bereikbaarheid. Kamer/bed was prima.

Nice breakfast buffet was included in our price.

Very uncomfortable pillows of all things! Small bathroom; all three pieces in same room.
