Comfy beds, nice lobby, friendly staff
Wall paper was peeling off the walls, there was a leak in one of the faucet handles, and not exactly a room i'd spend more than fifty dollars on. I've stayed in roadside hotels nicer than this place for half the price.
Comfortable bed ,clean
Room was beside elevator and I was kept up most of the night. Being there on business, that was a very bad combination and I am unhappy with the staff and their handling of the situation.
Staff were friendly and handled a very busy situation politely and competently.
Parking, which you have no option but to use, is very expensive.
Great bed & good WiFi
$50 deposit fee was an unnecessary pain. Parking charge was too high. Staff were luke-warm at best.
This is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 3 star. Room and bathroom seem outdated. No security from Parking to the floors, except late at night. There should be guest access only above the lobby level.
Good hotel, quality staff, good location
Great staff The food in the lounge was good Overall cleaneness
Wish the heat/AC appliance were less noisy
the place appeared clean
I didn't like that I found out after breakfast there was a charge for it that I thought was included in room, I also found that they whacked me 17.00 to park overnight there which was not explained until I checked in and had previously paid for room
Nice staff River views Quiet and comfortable
Dark stain on carpet No fridge in room Duvet very thin
The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the Comcast center for concerts, as well as the Xfinity center for events.
Check in took about 25 min, but that is only because there were 2 concerts going on that night... as well as a sweet 16 taking place in the hotel.
When I got there I signed paperwork and the staff lost it. They marked me as a no show and charged me for not showing then charged me for the stay. Then someone from the hotel tried to get into the room at 2am....thank goodness we bolted the door. Then were woken up at 6am by housekeeping saying that we shouldn't be in the room and called us "squatters". To add insult to injury, there was a hole like someone punched in the bathroom door. When we approached the staff about it, they basically accused us of doing it even though we told them about it at the beginning of the stay. It was terrible. I will NEVER stay there our at a Raddison again and neither will any of my family.
Gym and lounge with great meals/draft beers. One night they had a wedding and separately the lounge was full and the lobby had a lot of kids running and screaming. There was so much activity on that Labor Day weekend. At first it annoyed me but then I realized how many people liked and trusted the Radisson for their stay and I enjoyed it. I also liked Mr. Baldwin whom I talked to at the pool he was cleaning one morning. Very nice man originally from Jamaica.
the carpet on floor 17 was not vacuumed every day and there was too much food crumbs that should have been cleaned up.
We couldn't use the bedroom assigned to us as the smell of smoke was hideous and had to be moved. This was a no-smoking room and it is beyond me how the housekeeper did not notice it. Also, the beds are too small in this hotel.
See above. There was little to like about this hotel save for the price.
Everything except the parking fee. They did offer a nice discount for military/veterans.
There was a $17 parking fee I was not aware of.
Free shuttle stop very convenient.
Only place open for dining was in bar area.
the ac unit did not work, the iron did not work, the safe did not work, the tub was blocked and filled when taking a shower. The bathroom mirror was so close top the wall you had to turn side ways and lean your head in to see yourself. We stayed one night of three and checked out and went to the Marriot.
The staff was very helpful
Layout. Room. Restaurant. Staff was courteous.
Location problematic because Hartford street were not identified properly and we had a hard time finding you when we could see you in front of us. Bathroom: No hot water. Door hinge broken.
Right off hi way
Needs refreshing but decent
Close to downtown. A short walk.
Close proximity to Xfinity theatre
Pool out of commission
The woman at the front desk who gave us free dinner when the pool was empty.
The site had beautiful pictures of a rooftop pool. I emailed ahead to the hotel saying how excited we were to use the pool and that we might even arrive a little early to use the pool before our room was ready. We arrived, went to our room on the 8th floor, put on our suits, and went to the pool floor. The elevator door opened and we looked out onto a super small pool that was crumbling and empty. A sign on the door said that the pool was closed for repairs. My six year old was sad but understood but my 4 year old was crushed. She kept asking where we would swim now. The whole point in stopping at this particular hotel was to use the pool so it sort of ruined the trip. Even if the pool had been open it was only the size of a normal backyard pool so it would have been awfully small for a 13 story hotel. The nice woman at the front desk gave us tickets for dinner. With little kids I knew to arrive early so we got to the restaurant at 5. There were probably 8 tables and one server. At 5:25 he finally made it over to us and made us order drinks and our food at the same time. About 20 minutes later he brought out all of the food and drinks and the check at the same time. I told him that I was thinking of having two beers with dinner and he said he would bring one. We never saw him again and I wound up finding takeout boxes to collect our leftovers. We paid 95 through booking.com which was the only saving grace. The list price for a night was 220--I would have flipped out if this kind of service had come with that price. Bottom line--do not go to this hotel.
I didn't like I have to pay for parking I had to pay for breakfast pool was not open and that was my real reason for going there
convenient location to freeways
smokers in non-smoking rooms
