Very clean hotel,very spacious rooms and the staff were all very very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Also, the pool is amazing !

I was at the hotel for an overnight stay in December and liked the location and the proximity to the freeway. Once I got room that I requested, it was very comfortable.

Checked in late and room size that I reserved was not available. Hotel staff was not accomodating. Desk clerk was very stand-offish. Probably won't stay there unless there's nothing else available.

I was billed $50.00 more than my room bill. My room bill was $220.89, my amex card bill shows a $270.89 charge. If not corrected, I will file a formal charge with the State of Florida.

The friendly staff

Rooms were clean and spacious with a lot of cabinets. Hotel was neat and smelled good. Shower and bathroom was clean. Several staff available to clean room. Room service was fast. Beech towels available all the time. Convenient store available next to hotel. There was a refrigirator and microwave in room.

Food was pricey, but the food was delicious. Hotel was not beech front, but accessible.

Very nice outdoor swimming pool, nice staff, very nice overview.

We loved the roominess and sleek decor of our room. We also loved how clean and well groomed the grounds are.

Loved everything about this resort! Upgraded from two full beds to a king for no extra charge and ended up not having to wait to check in. Everything was high efficiency and very clean. The room had a lot of lighting but you could turn off some to give it a nice dark relaxing mood. Located about 30 minutes from south beach which was why I chose this hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Called the valet before heading out of my room and they didn't have my car. Wasn't that big of a deal because I only waited for like 3 minutes for them to get it. After that I just walked down and asked for it. It never took long to get my car and the valet guys were really friendly.

Location, facilities, comfort

Spa facilities not on premise, lack of small breakfast available in restaurant or patio, not able to take snacks or refreshments to pool area, lack of functions or barbecue in pool area...very little use of beautiful pool...housekeeping was stretched, sometimes completed @ 5 P.M. lamps dusty, some frniture needed refurbishing (sofa stained)

The pool was lovely. I felt like I was on an island in another country. The infiniti pool and the palm trees were beautiful. I loved watching the yachts go by and the draw bridge go up and down giving way to the many sail boats. The maid service was great!

The carpet in the halls and the rooms were very dirty. The sheets and towels were very very hard. I could not get comfortable with the pillows provided.

Staff was very friendly, and the food at the restaraunt was excellent, the steaks were some of the best I have had in a long time..

My toilet was plugged when I arrived and overflowed and it took a while for the plumber to fix, and after no one cleaned up the towels until I returned to room and called

Breakfast, stuff, room are excellent. Aventura Mall is 10 min by bus. Bus stop is a few steps from the hotel. The beach is 5 min walking (but it's dirty enough (((

The location is very quiet, but there are no any cafe, restaurants and shops near the hotel (except for 7-Eleven). So if you want to take some food you may have it only in the hotel or should go about 10-15 min by bus to Sunny Isles for example or to Hallandale crossing the bridge.

The location was great, the view from the balcony was awesome.

The obnoxious smell of sewer gases coming from the shower drain. My husband is in the building business and it was an obvious issue. We reported it to the desk, they checked it and said "thanks", for $300 I should have been able to enjoy a hot shower without holding my breath. The breakfast buffet, that I paid extra for, was not worth $16.00 a person, Holiday Inn Express breakfast is better, and cheaper.....We will never toss our money to the sewer this way again, I cannot believe they looked us in the face without a blink about the shower. What a shame.

I liked the convenience to the beach.

room 911 terrible would not stay here if we were overlooking the parking lot and road.Thought drinks and food were over priced.They need a longer happy hour !! you should also consider having food specials during your happy hour.free parking would be nice.

The staff is not smiling and the floor in my room was sticky.

Well trained staff. Jackie in the dining room was maybe the best server I have had.

The location was convenient to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and a cupboard for food and supplies in the room.
