Great staff and facilities.
Had to pay for parking and breakfast not included.
They didn't have the room key immediately available bc of a computer glitch. They came to my room with the key very soon after and then offered to park my car for me without me having to pay the valet price. Also, when I wanted to add a soda to my room service order after the person already came to my room she went back to add it to the original check to prevent me from having to pay an additional room service fee.
Staff was the best! Shuttle service was great. Would stayagain
Rooms need updating
Car perk was very nice and welcoming.
The woman that checked me in was a tad bit pushy; didn't make eye contact and was all business. The other woman at the desk seemed nice and welcome and made eye contact. However, the pushy one made me go to her at the counter.
bed, shower, bathroom, television (HD)
pay for water, no microwave, water stains on counter-top
Quiet room, clean and comfortable bed.
Breakfast, overnight parking fee,
Room adjoined the pool, well decorated room, nice layout.
Coming from outside, felt like a Joe blow motel, outside appearance not that special..
my first time to stay at the team hotel. loved EVERYTHING. thank you!
This area is hard to find an upper end hotel and this is the best I have found for sure. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a great room in the back with pool view. It was very clean and quiet. Easy parking and no charge. The pool area was great if you have kids and they allow small pets which is a total plus. We ate at the bar which was very good and very friendly staff. Overall I was extremely pleased.
The bed was pretty firm, but I am ok with that. I wasn't crazy about the privacy glass windows between bedroom and bath. I prefer a little more private bath, but it was very nice and clean.
Staff attitude Rooms clean but tired and the corridors and outside areas all need upgrading for the prices they charge !
I like the Pool área, the reception and Bar are nice, rooms big and confortable!
The área where we stayed in a side of the pool área didn´t have elevator and we travel with big baggage. Also dont have a Mini bar on the room.
The carpet on common areas smells like wet dog. The elevator is even worse
The staff was wonderful! From the dinning area, bar, and front desk. Rooms clean wish only to have a microwave. Business office was available.
The pool closed at times for events. When we booked this was not posted and could have been a consideration.
The bartender Javier was very efficient and gave us excellent customer service!
Very good hotel
Free shuttle transportation in the area
We loved everything about the hotel but the bed!
The bed was like sleeping on a slab of granite!
Pleasant smiling staff Good bathroom with lots of counter space, and a good shower Beds were comfortable A nice surprise to have a refrigerator Plenty of outlets for charging
The staff, especially Lee at the front desk, was very helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. It was great to see a recycle bin in the rooms. Great going!
While the bed was fine, there were way too many pillows and none were comfortable. All were soft. I had to buy a firm pillow to be able to sleep the second night. The drain in the one of the bathroom sinks drained very slowly. There was very little space to put toiletries on the pedestal sinks. A countertop across the double sinks would have been very useful. The small stand in the bathroom was already filled with items like the hairdryer, tissues box, glasses, etc.
We were leaving the next morning for the airport. It is true this was the last room available, but it was terribly overpriced and they told us it was because it was the last room available. The view of the small window was of a roof with vents and it was dark. It looked like a spare room for which we paid $600 for a night. Not the quality I would expect from this hotel chain.
Attractive lobby; fruit infused water in lobby; pool area
Non hotel guests (local residents) using the pool. Suggestion: require hotel key to access pool.
Friendly staff Good location
Very basic Gym Extremely overpriced - $400 a night for a very average hotel
It's relatively a nice hotel. The restaurant food is good. The hotel is on el camino real so it's close to everything Palo Alto. We were going to Stanford, so we were pleased with location. The tower, and rooms with balconies, and good views of the large sized pool got me excited when we were going to our room.
We were located way in the back, in the two story, door open to the outside type rooms. The rooms in the 4-5 story building up front, with balconies and pool view seemed great. We weren't there. Booking.com description said pool view. Reality, smallest sliver of pool view. More like view of the pool gate. $12 a night to park outside our room. Hmm. Last, I chose the room because of the queen size beds. They weren't queens they were fulls. Not really that comfortable. Place has potential. Hotel was clearly not full. Felt like we got the special deal room in the back.
I got an excellent rate with Booking.com.This is a decent place with comfortable beds.
Certain things were odd- I had to ask 3 times to get shampoo for example. The hotel with motel is a bit tired- or at least the motel rooms at the back are, but they good size. The open-to-the outside on both ends design did not feel as safe as the hotel might have. The hotel provided coffee in the morning in the lobby but it was horrid. A buffet was $16 for breakfast, and I decided against it when I watched the staff stack pastries on a tray with their bare hands.
