All of the above. Although I thought it was a little pricey.`

Someone tapping on one of the doors on my floor at 3;30 a.m. and when no one answered the door the individual starting pounding on the door. I woke up and I'm sure others woke up as well.

The staff was superb. Everyone greeted us with smiles, a pleasant and professional attitude. The Staff represented themselves and the Crowne Plaza with knowledge, pride and above excellent customer service.

Staff is exceptional. Accommodations are great, especially the fitness facility. Was tempted to "appropriate" the shower head--best ever in a hotel.

Is a bit off our travel path but we will make the slight detour and return on our next visit(s) to the area.

The staff at this hotel were amazing ....they went above and beyond what was expected. Hands down the best crew of employees!!!

The main reason i booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. the hot ub was not working and in the process of being removed and in working on it had the outside pool door propped open so it was too cold to swim in the indoor pool.

The staff at the desk, restaurant, and bar were all courteous and professional.

The bedside alarm was so complicated that I didn't trust myself to even attempt to set it.

Easy check in & check out very nice room big and spacious (king suite) the most comfortable bed ever !!! I loved it here will most def stay again

Crowne plaza charged me approx 4 days later with an extra charge 106 but its waived but I just hated the pointless pending transaction

$2.29 for a cup of coffee in the lobby was not a good thing!! Who ever heard of such a rip-off.

I found a cockroach in my room. I requested a room change and the management complied however the second room wreaked of bug spray. We were forced to change our room a third time, it was a very stressful stay.

The pillows were too soft for my taste and some coffee in the main entrance will be a nice touch.

When we arrived at 2:00, tired and hungry none of the restaurants were open and wouldn't be open for 3 hours. Even room service was closed! It was very over priced!!!!!

Staff at the desk were very courteous. Five out of five stars for the girls working the desk during our stay!

Handi-cap access to the hotel was poor. The only way a single traveler could get into the building would be from the front entance and there just aren't enough spaces in front of the hotel entrance to make it convenient to guests. The side entrance doors are difficult to manage even for someone without a disablilty. Don't leave anything behind in your room that may contain money. Depending on who cleans your room you may find it missing like I did. Very disappointed that housekeeping staff would take two dollars out of a bag. Yeah, it was only two dollars, but what does that say about the housekeeping staff there?

My room was wonderfull,felt like home.look forward to coming again,very soon.i really enjoy My stay.

If you would like my opinion, i think this hotel needs renovation. the bathroom was not very clean and too old. i did not feel very comfortable staying there. the carpets need to be replace and it needs new bathroom fixtures and floor. The bed was too soft and that caused my back to ache. Did not like my stay in general. Sorry...

Breakfast buffet was wonderful & the staff were helpful and polite.

Hotel was very warm in all of the common areas. Never enough towels at the pool.
