Flexibility around late check-out. Water bottles in the room. Personel very friendly.
Very good hotel. Right in the Houston business center. All is in walking area.
Free glass of water in the lobby had lemons in it. The rest of the hotel was sub-par. The website has blatant lies on it for amenities & nobody cares. Don't stay here.
The Crowne Plaza website lists airport shuttle as an amenity. This is a lie. You have to go through SuperShuttle. This means NO direct service to the airport.
People - customer focus and caring.
Room being assigned to two customers.
Only 10 min away from the museum district and close by to Houston's downtown parks
You have to use valet parking
I loved it! I would definitely want to stay there again. Great price.
I liked everything about the hotel. It had a pool and workout room. It also had a restraint . It offered breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our waiter was very friendly.
I liked everything about the hotel. I don't have any complaints.
Cleanliness. Wifi in room Comfortable bed Food
TV could have had a larger screen.
Let me check in early
Bed was uncomfortable. Parking price to high.
My business guests had to stay at another nearby hotel (same star rating) the night before staying here. They said the Crowne Plaza was, by far, so much better in every way.
Location was great, the staff was very Accommodating, frendly, and more than welcome,to assist you in any way they could,
Good clean hotel.
Advice on places to visit in the area very vague and gave wrong directions. Bar area not very friendly - all men sat at bar and no where for women to sit.
no shop around the area within walking distance
Proximity to Minute Maid Park Proximity to the highway which made it easy to get to The shuttle to places downtown and price The breakfast buffet included was a good value
The room was small and the bathroom looked like it was an incomplete renovation. There was an open space between the cabinet and the vanity top. The overall hotel showed it's age and lack of keeping up with other hotels of the same brand
Very nice breakfast
Close to highway, so it's very noisy at the pool. Vallet parking.
Just about everything.
Needs new carpet and resurfaced tub.
Beds + staff + advanced coffee machine inside the rooms + location
No breakfast included + fees for the parking
Location, we were in Houston to see the Astros play Saturday and Sunday and it was easily accessible and not far from the ballpark. Friendly staff and the breakfast was good.
The beds were a little to firm for us, but other than that it was a great place to stay
Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Hotel is definitely in the Business District. Starbucks and McDonald's closed at 7pm. Not any shops within walking distance but other than that hotel is great!
Problems with elevators both in the lobby and fitness areas. Room service meal was burnt.
Wonderful staff very helpful and professional
Clean, Great staff, Very helpful, good work out area.
It was quite a walk in the Houston weather to the GB Convention Center I would recommend a cab to the GBCC.
Excellent service clean rooms Great over night stay I will be back
Location cleanliness and price
Bed sheets were clean but rough! Like paper! Bed was comfortable but they need softer sheets.. Valet ppl were not very helpful when we needed to get to concert.. Said shuttle was coming but we waited 30 min finally took a taxi.. Almost late to concert
The staff were friendly and accommodating. If you're just looking for a basic hotel to sleep, it is ok.
The decor was dated and tired. I reserved a king room and ended up with a double. They were unapologetic and blamed it on the fact I'd booked through a third party site. The fitness centre was not great.
