The room and the bed very old. The price I paid Comfort Suites or Candlewood Suites could have provided better rooms. I though of the name Hyatt but very very bad.
Front desk service was Great! Young man had a Great Attitude! Changed my room without any problem!
Smelled of cigarettes in the hall. Asked for more clean towels , was told that there wasn't any available!

Very comfortable beds. Restaurant was open until 11pm and the food was good. The shuttle itself was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful
We did not have any information about the shuttle frequency and although I had sent a message with my booking stating which flight and terminal we would arrive on, I didn't get a reply
The facilities were good given the affordable price.
The WIFI did not work. It took us a while to work with the tech. support. We did not have internet access the first day of our stay. The room fan made strange noise in the middle of the night. The worse, we did not get any response after reporting the problem on the next day.

We wait about 45 Minutes for the shuttle, while other hotel-shuttles passed us three times.
Checking in was very quick and went easy.The room was nice and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I felt very ease. There was a coffee maker in the room but I went to a close by Starbucks. There was plenty of eating places near by if you didn't want to go down to the restaurant in the hotel. I would stay again anytime.

Design of hotel makes rooms very dark. Sluggish cleaning speed. Returning to an unmade up room at nearly 4 pm.

it was a mess. The hotel is old and tired looking in the rooms. The poblem with so many hotels is that the photos are taken when it is new and then you get there and so often the rooms are old and worn out as is the case here. The airport pick up was a disaster as the hotel operator directed me twice! to the wrong exit. When i told her about she gave me an attitude and told me it was my fault! Very bad service. The receptionsit made up for it by comping my breakfast but i would rather pay for the bad breakfast then wait 45 minutes for a shuttle at midnight after a long flight.

The sandwich at the bar in the lobby was huge and tasted good. The TV remote was easy to navigate. The tub and bathroom were clean.
On two separate occasions housekeeping staff attempted to barge in to my room without even knocking. I had the deadbolt on and the staff kept trying to get in, even though I was on the hotel phone and could not answer the door. I mean, they did not even KNOCK! And would not stop attacking my door! Whoa. I have never had anything like this happen before, and it really soured me from ever returning!

TV went out for a day and a half. No reembursement whatsoever. Location was in between two toll roads. The pool claims to be open 24/7 but it's not... It closes at 10. No water in the vending machines, sodas only. No microwave and no fridge.

-the room did not have any daylight, it was dark and dirty -the food was very bad -we had to call three times for the shuttle bus from the airport which came more than one hour later than promised -the location is not good at all - it is only useful if you stay just one night between flights -we left the hotel two days earlier than planned and changed to a very nice hotel down town
Fast check- in, friendly, prompt service. I travel alot and this was one of my and my child's favorite hotels. Location wise not alot of food options nearby

I loved the cleanliness of the sheets. My kids love the pool and Hot tub. The staff very friendly.

I flew to Houston to attend the Washington vs Texans game. I'm from Arkansas, but I've been a Washington for over 30 yrs. I am also a Muslim and privacy is really important to me. It's imperative that I pray, even while traveling. The appearance of cleanliness was essential, and my room was very much appreciated. I felt very comfortable making my prayers there. My son was prepared to move me to another hotel... had I been not pleased with Hyatt North Houston. I was kinda nervous after reading reviews after booking my room...yeah, I booked in reverse, but I was so pleased with the Hotel that I had to let y'all know.
The mattress wasn't firm enough, but the extra pillows made it possible for me to get some much needed sleep.

Liked the location, and easy accessibility and Good Rooms with two double beds, best value the money can buy for a high End Hotel. One of my best experience, i should say the best experience stay in Houston TX out of all my numerous visits every year.
