The cleanliness of the hotel.
The morning after our stay we planned to shower and grab some breakfast before checking out. Our shower had NO hot water though!!! I even called down to the front desk and asked if they were having problems with their hot water. The lady I spoke with did not know and seemed to care less about our little problem, and was in NO hurry to get back with me on whether or not it would be fixed. We waited as long as we could, but never received any kind response. Plus it was getting close to check-out time, so we had no choice but to take cold showers :( Needless to say, for the amount of money we payed for a 1 night stay we at least expect to have hot water... and customer service from the front desk that could at least pretend to care when a guest is calling with concern about something.
No towels or coffe
Located in a good area, close to the Light and Power Dist. So very convenient.
Room next to the elevator lobby, constant noise as the elevators were loud and old. Like sleeping next to a rail track. We had a suite, but the bathroom was very small and compact, not enough surface space.
The room was nice and the view was great. I like the Wi-Fi, the chair and desk in the room was comfortable to work at. The pillows were awesome!
The guest services was very slow.
No safe No refrigerator The corridor is too old The room door have plenty of scratches
The parking was easy
Young white guy asked for room number when leaving didn't have it yet because couldn't check in until 3 , and so I told him and he replied that's not what I asked , I told him excuse me and he said just leave after I came back he realized I was a customer and expected a tip which he did not receive
In the power and light district. Staff very friendly. Cafe had great food and waiter very friendly
Construction in area made it hard to get around, but not hotels fault
everything was good
everything was good, no complaints
Beds were great Clean Rooms Great Location
There was a festival across the street we were on the 17th floor and the music shook stuff in our room until midnight.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good.
Bathroom was not kept up. The room was small. Price was to high for no refrig, or microwave in room, and no table space. There was not a beverage vending machine on the floor.
Comfortable beds. Clean and attractive facilities. Dinner at The Grill was EXCELLENT! The bar staff were warm and fun. Loved the convenience of cabbies waiting outside. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Cold showers. No microwave or fridge in room. Looooooooong wait for elevators. Cards quit working, so had to replace them 2 times.
WiFi worked very well and was easy to connect to. The location is great, as it is just of the interstate and right next to the power and light district. The staff were professional and friendly.
Lots of construction in and around the hotel which made sleeping very difficult. The bathroom was gross, even had hair on a "clean" towel. Lighting was horrible, and was not fixed during our 3 day stay even though we asked the staff to replace a bulb that was out. Bad smell when you walk in the front door of the hotel gives off a bad (but appropriate) first impression. Definitely a business hotel, we stayed for the location.
Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds-great pillows. The walk was very easy to the Power and Light District.
Parking garage was tight but we did fine.
Location to concert venue was good. Valet parking was a great option. Front desk manager was awesome.
Construction began VERY early with a jackhammer right outside the window! No service at the restaurant and very slow service when seated at the bar.
The key never working to the room the slumped/suncken bed pop corn celing broken elevator broken ice machine Rough Sheets
The location was great. It was very close to Sprint center. Starbucks was great.
Your staff needs training on customer service! We were told that we could get a van ride to Plaza. Then when we showed up at door they said only if were are not busy. Two vans were sitting on street. They still refused to take us to the Plaza, even though we had been told they would. We asked at front desk what hours were at local establishments. They had no idea and didn't offer to find out. We waited 45 mins in room for someone to come up with cart. Eventually went downstairs and waited another 45 mins for them to go to room and bring down luggage.(we had too much to carry in one trip) Received repeated answers about how busy they were and how there was a cart shortage! I was not interested in excuses. I just wanted to get going on a Sunday morning. We were delayed 2 hours because of poor customer service. Your staff reflects a lot of inexperience and lack of real service training. Service recovery can be accomplished as simply as offering coffee as an apology for our having to wait. Instead we received excuses of blame of other co workers and obvious resentment about helping us check out.
Great location! The City Grille was really good too! Love the rooftop pool!
A lot of construction outside of hotel and in parking garage, valet staff was rude. Front desk staff were great!
Location, Room was fairly nice.
Watch out for the fees and taxes that they don't add into your booking price.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up deciding to stay another night, they were very accommodating and actually upgraded us to a suite.
The hotel staff was most helpful in every area we required assistance.
The in-house restaurant has a very limited menu, consisting of some poor choice items. Plus, it closes whenever someone decides to close it. The set hours are not followed, so you're stuck with room service.
Ac in room didn't work. Elavators were very slow, gentleman that worked front desk on Saturday around 8:30 was rude! Toilet in bathroom made a horrible noice when flushing. Light bulbs missing in entry way. We were right across the hall from a bachelorette party that was incredibly loud. Ceiling around pool area was falling so they had it roped off. No where to sit in pool area. Just an overall horrible hotel experience. We paid for 4 star hotel and got 1. Next time we will stay somewhere else.
Everything including the fact that from the next room when a toilet is flushed it sounds like moaning and the parking garage elevator voice seems to stutter or have varying attitudes for certain floors. While some parts of the building or rooms might be due for renovation it still presents itself with a classy yesterday style.
Very limited hours on Executive complimentary breakfast and cocktails times.
Proximity to action places in downtown.
High priced without parking previlages and complimentary breakfast. Too expensive for what it has to offer.
