The stag was wonderful. The location was great.
Check in was at 3:00. I arrived at 3:45 and was told short on rooms available and would be another 40-45 mins before could check in. Then once checked in and received keys when got to room keys would not work and was still occupied. So back to front desk. We were given another room and when got to that room key would not work so had to go back to front desk to get another key to work for room given. I was given a concierge access to "happy hour" which I was not able to benefit from due to prior plans and reason for my stay in area but also for breakfast which would have been continental breakfast which is free anyway. So I feel that I was not accommodated for not only being inconvenienced once but three times. I hope in future when have a busy weekend that you find more help to accommodate these issues. Not sure that I will stay here again.
Staff tried to accommodate but was still disappointing.
Damaged furniture; room wasn't clean on check-in; no info available in room on hotel amenities; uncertain access with keycards to room/other areas; breakfast included in room rate was simply $10 coupon for restaurant; conceirge breakfast was just eggs, potatoes, and undercooked sausage; vending machines on floor didn't work; cleaning service skipped our room 2 days out of 4; climate controls in room weren't connected to equipment; parking garage is overwhelmed when hotel is close to capacity.
Location is great.
I was very disappointed on the price and not getting any discounts. My husband travels a lot and is 62 years old. The front desk would not budge on our stay. Very pricey.
When I checked into my room, there were dirty cloths left in the bathroom from the previous individual(s)
I love the service at the kitchen/bar. They were very friendly and kind.
It was way overpriced for the room I stayed in. The room was very dark and old. Lights were really dim, bathrooms were really small. Carpets were very old and dirty. I was booked for two nights and decided to cancel the second night because we were so uncomfortable.
The only thing I liked was Starbucks in the hotel and the view from my room was great.
More than can be described in 2-3 sentences. Worst hotel experience of my life. Motel 6 would have been far better.
The bar opened early for us. The elevator was fast.
The staff was very friendly. The room was very peaceful and comfortable. It was Valentines weekend so the atmosphere was great.
The room seemed a little dated and carpet in our room seems like it could have been cleaned better. Overall we had a great stay and would come again.
The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful! Very satisfied with the service!
The morning after our stay we planned to shower and grab some breakfast before checking out. Our shower had NO hot water though!!! I even called down to the front desk and asked if they were having problems with their hot water. The lady I spoke with did not know and seemed to care less about our little problem, and was in NO hurry to get back with me on whether or not it would be fixed. We waited as long as we could, but never received any kind response. Plus it was getting close to check-out time, so we had no choice but to take cold showers :( Needless to say, for the amount of money we payed for a 1 night stay we at least expect to have hot water... and customer service from the front desk that could at least pretend to care when a guest is calling with concern about something.
The cleanliness of the hotel.
No towels or coffe
Room next to the elevator lobby, constant noise as the elevators were loud and old. Like sleeping next to a rail track. We had a suite, but the bathroom was very small and compact, not enough surface space.
Located in a good area, close to the Light and Power Dist. So very convenient.
The guest services was very slow.
The room was nice and the view was great. I like the Wi-Fi, the chair and desk in the room was comfortable to work at. The pillows were awesome!
No safe No refrigerator The corridor is too old The room door have plenty of scratches
Young white guy asked for room number when leaving didn't have it yet because couldn't check in until 3 , and so I told him and he replied that's not what I asked , I told him excuse me and he said just leave after I came back he realized I was a customer and expected a tip which he did not receive
The parking was easy
Construction in area made it hard to get around, but not hotels fault
In the power and light district. Staff very friendly. Cafe had great food and waiter very friendly
everything was good, no complaints
everything was good
There was a festival across the street we were on the 17th floor and the music shook stuff in our room until midnight.
Beds were great Clean Rooms Great Location
Bathroom was not kept up. The room was small. Price was to high for no refrig, or microwave in room, and no table space. There was not a beverage vending machine on the floor.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was pretty good.
Cold showers. No microwave or fridge in room. Looooooooong wait for elevators. Cards quit working, so had to replace them 2 times.
Comfortable beds. Clean and attractive facilities. Dinner at The Grill was EXCELLENT! The bar staff were warm and fun. Loved the convenience of cabbies waiting outside. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Lots of construction in and around the hotel which made sleeping very difficult. The bathroom was gross, even had hair on a "clean" towel. Lighting was horrible, and was not fixed during our 3 day stay even though we asked the staff to replace a bulb that was out. Bad smell when you walk in the front door of the hotel gives off a bad (but appropriate) first impression. Definitely a business hotel, we stayed for the location.
WiFi worked very well and was easy to connect to. The location is great, as it is just of the interstate and right next to the power and light district. The staff were professional and friendly.
Parking garage was tight but we did fine.
Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds-great pillows. The walk was very easy to the Power and Light District.
Construction began VERY early with a jackhammer right outside the window! No service at the restaurant and very slow service when seated at the bar.
Location to concert venue was good. Valet parking was a great option. Front desk manager was awesome.
The key never working to the room the slumped/suncken bed pop corn celing broken elevator broken ice machine Rough Sheets
