Very comfy bed, good view

9:22 am knock on the door from house-keeping asking me when I'm leaving. Check out is at noon. That was ridiculous.

Great location near the power and lights district.

The staff were very helpful and the bed was wonderful!

Could have dusted a bit more carefully and the bathroom was really small.

Too expensive for small room with dripping shower with poor drainage.

-Size of bathroom too small -No wash clothes in bathroom -Uncomfortable bed -Our assigned room already had a guest in it so we had to go back down with all our luggage and get new room -Old feeling and carpet was stained throughout hotel.

The view, the spaciousness of room except for bathroom, comfortable bed. Great service when we complained about the loose toilet seat and leaking water on floor coming from shower someone came immediattly to fix it.

The suite was very spacious but the bathroom was small and I felt like I was standing over the toilet, once I got out of the bath to dry myself. The dark area with the hand basin, although there was a make up mirror, was difficult to see what you were doing. With so much space why have such a small bathroom Would not book this room again because of this bathroom area. We had a warm welcome on arrival and we werr greatful for an early check in. On departure I signed the invoice sheet and the guy behind the reception never thanked me or said goodbye.

I thought the food was pretty good. My daughter and I were only there for a day, but we ate breakfast and lunch in the cafe. We were in town for a concert and were only four blocks from the arena, which was my main reason for choosing this property.

We had a lot of trouble with our electronic room keys...very temperamental, and the property was a bit tired. It could use some freshening up.

There really wasn't a lot I liked about this hotel. We stayed there 2 night, never got our room cleaned. Meaning no one ever came. Had to ask for towels and then they wouldn't give some to us, told us we had to wait till someone came to our room. The pool was closed for the season. Meaning you should have on your website in big words when it is open. Since the only reason I booked here was for the roof-top pool that we couldn't even use, needless to say then there wasn't even a pool or hot tub to go in. As it was 90 degrees that weekend. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lastly, the cost was unbelievable. 13 dollars a night to park...Really? You took every penny out of us! Unreal!

accueil absolument nul et désagréable:des oublis comme de nous remettre les bons pour les breakfast,oubli pour le shuttle,etc...et le comble:on a passé 2 nuits et on voulait nous facturer une nuit supplémentaire pour non présentation!!!A éviter!

The location was excellent for our purpose, and it was very easy to find following the hotel's instructions. The staff were exceedingly helpful, and our room turned out to be a suite. The view was fantasyic !

The attention details not taken. The carpet in my suite really needs vacuming along the floor boards and in corners seems to be an after thought. My refrigerator was not very cold, but being there for a short stay, it wasn't as important it could have been.

The location and size of room were good.

There was no hot/warm water on Saturday morning -- the front desk said that it was because the hotel was at 100% capacity. Doesn't sound like a good excuse to run out of hot water! Had to delay showers until the afternoon... real bummer!!!

Our room was upgraded upon arrival which was a nice surprise!!

Front desk staff (Olivia) was friendly and the waitress at the breakfast (Ana?) was outstanding. Quick and friendly housekeeping staff. Nice tv, comfy beds and nice decor. Motel was close to Sprint Center and Power/Light.

Bar was only open at night and bar staff (our 3 days) was horrible (crabby, clock watcher, slow service). Carpet in our room was really dirty/spotted. Hardly any vanity space in the bathroom (very small sink area). Mirrored closet door was off track and was never fixed.

Room was clean and nice.

Gym was old
