Loved the location. It was clean too!
The rooms are really small and no space to put luggage. The bathroom is rediculously small.
Broken toilet and old bottle caps on the carpet on arrival.
Location excellent on Duval St.
Rooms are very small and there are no dressers for your clothes.
The hotel was nice.
Customer Service is non existent. It was a nightmare!
We enjoyed a couple's massage in the spa and it was AMAZING!! Beautiful treatment room with a gorgeous view and we were treated like royalty. Would definitely recommend! Our sleeping accommodations were above average - the room itself was very small and the bathroom was tiny but overall very clean and comfortable.
Location, right near everything.
The rooms and bathroom were small especially for the price. I also didn't like losing the view of the sunset.
The hotel is beautiful, great location.
Not a bad experience, just that the staff seemed to be more interested in themselves than customers at times. They were young and distracted at the front desk at times. Not a big deal.
We were disappointed that the roof top was closed to us...this was always one of our favorite places to watch sunsets and sunrises!
Loved the decor and style of the hotel and room. Location on Duval was perfect. The starbucks and wine bar were convenient and very nice
They lighting in the main area of the rooms was not sufficient. Also the room sound insulation left some to be desired, mainly from the hallways
The location was PERFECT!
The hotel was lovely. The room was great. The staff is very nice & is in the middle of everything!
Very much enjoyed our time here, would come back again. Good location, right where everything happens.
The rooms were a bit small but nothing too bad.
Room was too small Could barely fit in the bathroom Very little room to walk around the bed Restaurant was poor
waitress at breakfast and manager walking around asking about our food/service. Pool bartender.
interaction with spa staff, called to book an apt, said she would call back in ten minutes, never called, called again, finally went up in person. Really bad service. Told to carry our own luggage when we pulled in? Really
The hotel was located within easy walking distance of everything
Had coffee in room, but missing cream/sugar, etc. no towel bars in bathroom...seemed odd. Very loud a/c system.
Excellent hotel, close to everything! Would definitely stay again!
Location Price Pool Food Staff Free Wifi
Noise from Duval Street $140 taken without prior notice for "anything that may be charged to your room"
Located on Duval st ,were everything happens.Staff was excellent.Rooms very nice.
Only thing I can say bad is each morning when we left and came back our key cards did not work This happened twice. Each time i went to front desk they said they corrected error. Each time i had to go back twice to resolve issu.
To park car was $ 24. They were having parking lot redone with tar & when I picked my car up had shards of garbage & tar in it cover with filth Also while we waited for room to be cleaned cause we got there earlier than check in, one person left for break, an hour later I checked with new person, she had no idea what I was talking about. Lack of communication in shift change
Pool area was excellent with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money It had a Starbucks and so it was possible to get OK coffee.
Bathroom was far too small and bit dangerous as it was overwhelmed with a wet room (would not suit stout guests!!) Parking was a bit expensive. In fact the hotel cost was probably 25% more than it was really worth and with high taxes and 18% as the seemingly standard rate for tipping this hotel and perhaps the state is now pricing itself out of the market.
Attention of front desk
Carpet looking tired. Needs renovation
The overall interior design
No vending machines
the staff are the best
Location and staff
The price was exorbitant $400/night too high. Regular price is $299 and for the tiny cramped room and bathroom that is high. Service in the restaurant was very slow. Bathroom ceiling paint was peeling off and falling on the floor. Clock (iHome) time could not be set and the lightning connector did not work. No drawer space.
