Very professional staff and good location
A bit pricey
Overal good quality
But bad experience. First: room was double booked, so we got a room with two beds instead of 1 queen. It took 2 hours before we could get a hairblower
Nothing in positive except located on duval st. No views or scenic overlooks.
It's a total waste of money. Rooms are very small size and do not meet crowne plaza standards. Bath room space is a joke. It's impossible to get in to the shower given the very small space. The cost to comfort is worthless. No view. I would suggest to go stay in a local motel for cheap around 40 bucks and still get some nice breathing space. Don't waste your money on this. Ants on the walls. As we entered in to the room, we couldn't even stand in there and wanted to checkout and they charged us for 1 night and also added a early checkout fee.. In addition to that they add a parking fee of 50$.. It's a total ripoff. Stay away..
Location, location, location! Hidden but right on the main drag.
Lost power in the night ... Convinced I saw multiple ghosts.
Location and beautiful lobby. Shuttle was a great bonus.
Room was not made up. We had to call for service. Our breakfast was included. However we were limited to one beverage and one main course. Everything else was extra .
Overall the staff was very helpful and the location was excellent.
Ants in our room! Cost of room seemed excessive! Hit with a policy that the hotel simply made up because they felt they could get more money out of the consumer. $100 if you decide to check out early. We did....we didn't pay the extra charge... I am a Platinum Elite member who has stayed in a variety of properties but never one with an "elite" attitude. This hotel is historic and is the tallest building in Old Town because the law was changed many years ago to stop any more tall buildings from being build, therefore they have a unique feature....their rooftop view...well they had a unique feature which they took away by adding a spa to the roof.... Once again in this travelers experience another "elitist" move not making the hotel as appealing. Overall the hotel is in a great location it's just too bad the new ownership is trying to wear a tie on a flip flop island!
Restrictions on included breakfast, coffee or OJ not both
Location, great service, good food!
There were a few ants that we had to deal with, other than that. Ok. I had to kill about 8 crawling on the night stand.
No hassle Location, location, location All local amenities close by Nice friendly staff Really comfortable beds Relaxing Speed of life Lots to see and do
Internet was a bit slow unless you paid $20 to get high speed? The weatther wasn't too good but that didn't matter
Comfortable bed. Good Location
Roof top area gone. We read the Crowne Plaza had a rooftop poor. Closed converting to a spa. Very disappointed. Room not cleaned one day, and coffee pot not cleaned and coffee replenished. Only one decaf and regular coffee per day. Not told of happy hour at the lobby bar until our last day. Just not up to Crowne Plaza standards.
The location was great. Also had use of their free shuttle between their 2 other properties. Nice feature.
Front desk was sparsely staffed.
I believe I was profiled and given a handicaped room. No window to outside. I was not offered an option to upgrade. The hotel was not sold out. Service was bad. Room was not clean. Maid service not complete by 4 pm
I based my decision to stay there because they showed an upper balcony which we thought would be great to watch the Fantasy Fest Parade from to find out that they are turning that area into a spa. They offered no location for their guests to watch the parade from including the sidewalk in front of the hotel unless you brought your chairs on your trip with you. Disappointed!
I'ts rite on the Main Street in Key West.....need I say more.......
Couldn't stay longer
very nice hotel in the heart of Key West. We loved the location and my wife loved the decor of the hotel. Staff were freindly and courteous. Key West was a blast!
it was one of the lowest priced hotels in the area and was certainly not any pricier than other Key West Location in the heart of city, but it would be nice to see the costs come down even more.
perfect location we had a balcony on Duval street ,level 2 (the only floor with balcony) it was perfect to look at all the peoples ,(it was fantasy fest!!!!) lots of action!!!
room are small, really small ,no closet space, and the bathroom barley fit one person???? for the price .. but it was fantasy fest
Pool deck is good place to relax after sightseeing. Parking available (at $24 per day)
No bath only shower so bathroom very small. Not told where safe is (in bottom drawer of single nightstand)
the staff was very helpful with any questions that we had. The food was wonderful. we were on the 4th floor and could not hear any street noise..Our overall stay was very pleasant.
the house keeping service did not give us fresh coffee packets for our second day. the did not give us clean coffee cups or clean up the coffee pot for use the next day. Also, the white comforter on the bed was still VERY damp which led to the foot of our bed bedding being wet also. we has to take the comforter off and place a towel across the end of the bed on top of the sheets so we could sleep.
Was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see in Key West.
Construction underway while staying here. No ice available on floor, but was brought to room by calling.
The room was a good size and the staff was very nice and accomodating.
The building was under construction, and a lot of the amenities were not open. It would have been nice if they told you that before booking. Also the rooms could use some upgraded lighting fixtures as it makes the place feel a bit dingy.
quiet and clean
booked as a 3>4 people occupancy but soaps and towels for 2 only...no way a 4 person occupancy.
Beautiful decor, friendly staff, great location on Duval- in the middle of everything.
Didn't know Wine-O and other stores attached would be under construction as well as the roof top. Pool was nice but small. Overall I would go back again cause I can't wait to see the renovations which are to be done by 10/3. Just a week early!!
Hotel going thru alterations. Hotel bar closed at 9pm. Wine bar closed whilst there no reason given. Roof top bar which was the main attraction is closed and will become their spa.
breakfast very good
no vending front desk not very helpful
Parked my car next to a construction site for 2 days and construction people scatched my car and muddied it all up. Valet parking should have been aware of this. Valet parking members also got inside my car with dirty feet from construction. had to detail my car. Another expense.
