Crowne Plaza Hotel Key West-La Concha    

Small rooms, tiny bathrooms no light in room, no window to open. Bad reception on tv. Stayed at Westin in August with our 15yr old son, it was booked up this time, more expensive but worth the difference

Lobby is beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful. Valet was excellent man when we checked out on thursday. Location is really good in midst of lots of shops and restaurants and bars, etc.

Rooms are way too small and cramped. Also, plumbing sounds and voices from neighboring rooms is unusually load. We had two rooms: a king and a double. My in-laws had trouble in the tiny bathroom getting in and out of the shower. Our room was a bit better, but just too small. The older section has the smaller rooms, my wife and I were in the newer section-still old but better.

5 (five) times I had to have my keys re-keyed to get in my door, thats after having gone up and down the elevator to find they were not working, and twice not accessing the lobby restroom when I had to go badly.

Breakfast didn't include in price as usually in Europe.

Central Location

Room very small. Felt very crowded although it met our needs

The Location was Excellent for all of the action, Bars/Restaurants, and shopping on Duval Street ! The Hotel itself was clean, and the Rooms were clean and in Great shape, although "Slightly Cramped" in the Bathroom space.

The Roof-top Bar was always late opening, and the Male Bartender was lackadaisical and non-service oriented !

The hotel gave away our rooms and did not care in the slightest until the area general manager got involved and even then the staff couldn't have cared what happened

It was very classy and the beds were awesomely comfortable. The hotel itself was decorated nicely.

The price, way too high. It felt cold and non-friendly to me. The employees did not seem that welcoming. The front desk person was absolutely a cold fish and the parking attendant was a lazy moron. We stayed in a place in Key Largo that cost half as much but was much more welcoming.

When we asked for a different room, away from the noise of the elevator, the front desk person obliged. Loved the access to Duval Street!

Check in time at 4:00. The pool needed to be cleaned.

I just thought the entire stay was pleasant the staff was friendly, close to everything, room and beds were very good.

Only negative comment is that there was a "dirty water or bar back" odor between Starbucks and the restaurant. Other than that the place was lovely.

Bathrooms a bit small. Should not pay additional for parking. Staff should not be toting service carts in the same elevator with hotel guests

the rooms were extremely small and the bathroom, although modern, was horribly small; barely able for one person to function, let alone two. In order to have any real comfort you must go to the expense of booking a suite. We stayed there on our very first visit to Key West years ago and apparently we had booked a suite because it was not like this room size-wise.

Central location to shopping, eating ,people watching. Very comfortable room. Friendly staff. lobby with lemon water always available was a plus.

The staff when checking in was not pleasant and deducted $35 per day for incidentials on top of our bill but did not inform us she was doing this. When we queried this they denied this and it took us 7 working days to have this refunded. also our room was very small - my cousin was also staying at this hotel and she got upgraded to a suite which was lovely but our room was very very small for the money paid $747.00 for 3 nights incl taxes etc and without breakfast. Closet was tiny also and bathroom as very very small. Not impressed at all with room. I am glad we were only staying 3 days, if we had have been there for 7 days there would not have been enough room for our luggage/clothes.
