They charge you $10 to park yourself which is ridiculous considering the price of the rooms.
Great place with one of the friendliest staffs we have ever encountered. Will definitely use this place again
The room was stuffy, really small and had no bathroom fan. I was on a business trip with 2 other associates. Not a comfortable stay. I Will not pay the big bucks to stay down town again.
Location to Market Square
Police sirens every night between 3 4am
the staffs politeness and helpfulness
pillows too soft, need to have some firm ones as well
Everything was great at crowne.
Only thing wrong was the sirens at night.
Everything about the hotel was great except the bed. The service was always outstanding. The location was perfect. The hotel was immaculate. Parking was easy. The bathroom was generous with all the amenities and the shower was really nice in helping the smooth out some of the aches & pains from the bed the night before.
The bed was horrible. I felt I was sleeping on a brick with a sheet & pillow. I felt the mattress was way too firm omg. The sheets & blanket were way too stiff for any comfort. My body felt like I had been beaten with a baseball bat! I have stayed at the Crown Plaza in Dallas, TX multiple times and never recalled that experience with the beds there.
Perfect location for a one night stay. Walking distance to great restaurants and unique shopping. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
I stayed here on a business trip and really liked the hotel and its staff. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Location Parking Room updated
Hotel needs updating in floor halls Wifi slow Didn't get two beds we requested at time of reservation
Pet Friendly and staff was extremely accommodating. Short walk to market square with lots of outdoor dining options making it possible to have a nice dinner with the dog in tow.
Noise from fire trucks throughout the night.
Location is convenient, pleasant appearance and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious.
Had to pay extra for parking. No small refrigerator in the room, which we have seen in most other hotels at this price-point. Noisy with housekeeping knocking on doors at 7am.
Clean Nice décor kids enjoyed pool very friendly staff easy parking
no hot tub
Food at breakfast and the wait staff . Quiet. Friendly check in. Safe area.
Clean comfortable room that smelled great. Bed very comfortable.
No free breakfast although cost of room similar to Hampton or Comfort Inns which include a great breakfast with the room. Grooming products had a masculine smell. No bathtub.
Great location within 5 minutes walk of Market Square/downtown area. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff very friendly and helpful.
We had the longest waits for elevators we have ever had in a hotel. Except when we had luggage we (and others) were giving up and using the stairs. Woken a couple of times by traffic and police sirens in the early hours
The room was kept clean at all times and the staff was very polite and helpful.
No refrigderator or common microwave. I didn't like that I had to call room service whenever I needed to heat up a meal.
Upon opening door to room, bad smell-found to be food left in room refrigerator by prior guest-not cleaned out by maid. Room was "re modeled" but with poor craftsmanship. Walls didn't connect with baseboards-ceiling moulding was not connected at the same level-all round cheap, still outdated room after an obvious attempt at upgrade...noticeable in part due by the shower only situation that is the latest change that a lot of hotels are gravitating to. The decorations in the hotel are old and out dated. The buffet breakfast was more on the level of Days Inn not Crowne Plaza. The bellman/valet was rude to my son when he came to pick me up, not realizing I was directly behind him. Once he saw me, his demeanor changed. I strongly dislike when someone talks down to a young adults, just because they are older and need to exert some perceived greater position or authority. Perhaps they should have studied harder in school and made more of them selves instead of holding a grudge and projecting that on everyone else. Crowne Plaza, this person is the first impression of your hotel. Perhaps, it could be someone younger, that is happy to have that position and shows it.
I did appreciate the efficiency of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel.
When I booked online I checked the box for two beds, but we were told there was only a room with one bed. When they told me the parking fee was $10, I told them the online price was $8. The registration clerk changed the price although the price had changed earlier this year. This might be something you update.
Friendly people and helpful staff .
Hardly connect to wifi in our room.
The room was not clean enought , no service for food , the bed was not clean
Room was just renovated and very modern. Location was a short block to several nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
