Close to the airport, reasonable, free shuttle to airport

Location to the airport.

No restaurants close by.

A little smell to smoke, it seems like some costumers don't respect the non smoking policy

staff is always ready to help never a long line and super friendly. rooms are clean and you can't beat having a pool n hot tub in ny did family, romance, business good stay overall

Staff was very very friendly low key and human. That was great. I went there for the swimming pool which was out of order, but they were nice and tried to compensate. Parking and location perfect. Let me have a 4pm checkout.

pool or sauna or jacuzzi was not work it was bad i feel i should get a complimentary nite. no fair it was mother's day

Service is really poor.. Food specially pizza is horrible...

Gentleman that checked us in was great. I needed maintenance one night and they were there within minutes.

Room was not ready at check in time. Pool was closed one day. No manager was onsite to discuss rates at check out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable beds. Clean. Very close to Laguardia airport with a dedicated free shuttle service. Shuttle to the subway station (very practical during the day).

Hotel located a bit too far from nyc (however, this is only a problem by night - the last bus connecting the subway station to the hotel is scheduled at approx. 1:30 am)

Breakfast was great, front desk staff was very helpful. Bar tender was friendly, and very helpful with directions.

There wasn't a microwave in the room, breakfast staff was not friendly, there weren't complimentary toothbrushes

It was a nice place and i will consider it again

The first room i was assigned had the worst smell- despite being a non smoking, it smell like someone smoke so more cleaning and fabreeze required.

I had to wait 1 hour for a shuttle for a 4 min. ride from the Airport to the hotel.

This is my third time staying here since 2008 and I have always been very satisfied. Really nice staff, clean rooms and great location right across from the airport. Public transportation stops right in front of the hotel to take you to the train right into the City. I will stay here again whenever I'm in NYC.

The bartender was not very friendly to start, but warmed up after a little while.

Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. Keep in mind that the hotel doesn't have room service, but he went out of his way to make it all work and turn it into a special evening. The staff (bellhop, shuttle driver, maid, front desk) all were very accommodating and made you feel important and that it was their pleasure to aid you. The cost for a hotel of this type is so affordable and well worth it! Highly recommend it as I won't stay anywhere else but this hotel from now on. Oh, and the bed was so comfy and the towels were so clean and soft! Luxury for even the simple rooms!! Food was delicious! Also it's right across from the airport so very convenient location.

Proximity to airport Staff did try to cooperate when issues were raised but they really do not communicate very well with each other

Too long to check in despite early check in request..had to wait 4 hrs in a cold /loud lobby. Killed some time for lunch in restaurant (slow service) was booted from the bar due to cleaning..really very uncomfortable and then found out the room I as assigned had been available since morning. Their is very poor inter staff communiation Same with hotel operator and shuttle driver. I asked where to stand and what to look for in shuttle. Was given wrong info and waited 40 minute. Return was the same --never told shuttle came only 3x per hour. Was advised to call and "it will be called for you". Room had no luggage rack so suitcase went on the floor (gross). Rooms were stingy with towels and hangers. All in all you could tell it was just a Holiday Inn with a new sign.

I did not enjoy the saty...in fact I left earlier than planned. The reception person was pleasant. The parking attendants were very friendly.

Noisy, Perhaps it doubles up as a shelter for the homeless or displaced. Smoke filled even though I was in a no smoking room. Someone unlocked my door and tried to come in my room during my stay. He sated that people complainned that they heard headboard banging...No such thing. Thank Goodness I had the safety latch on or he would habve walked right in and found me in my naked. The bathroom wasd dirty. Not worth what I was charded. I had an early dinner in the lounge the rice was overcooked to the point of crunchy. I had to send it back.

New Alarm Clock

Nothing was pleasant from Staff, Hospitality and Room.Room given with broken taps and dirty sink. had to change room and given another one with TV without antenna blurred picture. Window was dirty and Worn out

Staff wonderful. Room clean and comfortable. Great for overnight stay. Transportation efficient. I would definitely stay again!
