$5.00 person charge for the shuttle to the ship terminal which is 3-4 blocks away.
Location close to the cruise ship terminal
Yes in restaurant the night waiter really bad actitud,en so rude, you guys need to talk with her but the rest exceellent.tkk.
The front desk girl Lakia she is really profesional, aplause for her.
I booked 2 rooms - one under my name and one under my son's name. I asked if I could check in for my son since I'm paying for the room. I was told no and that he had to check in himself. It was 5 PM so I said ok. When my son advised that he would be late, at 8 PM, I asked if I could get his room number and wanted it next to ours. I was told they would assign a room when he checked in. I did not appreciate that after booking my room 2 months in advance that I couldn't even know that he would have a room next to ours, which I had requested.
Location of the hotel to the cruise terminal, the shuttle service to the terminal, and the accommodations were excellent.
The Bell Captain was very helpful during our stay. The food was also very good in the restaurant.
They just don't cater to there customers
Young man could not manage guests boarding bus to cruise terminal.Lost his cool.
Quiet room with partial view, hotel providing bus to cruise terminal.
The hotel was very friendly and staff couldn't have been more pleasant. I was only there for one night so didn't get to use many of the facilities but had a very nice breakfast in the morning. The room was spotless and quiet and very comfortable so really what else do you need. I used the free Cruise Terminal transfer to a cruise ship i was visiting (Business) the following morning which was most convenient.
Nothing I can think of. Room and bathroom were quite typical of this price hotel. Freight elevator creaked so we avoided it.
Great bed. Shuttle driver jimmy was awesome. Able to walk to battleship Iowa and Acapulco restaurant and cvs. Also good pizza in restaurant
The dinning room was a complete disaster. If you have to stay at this hotel DO NOT use the dinning room. It is the worst dinning room I have ever been in in a hotel.
The room was large and clean
Had to wait few hours for the room to be ready The breakfast buffet was really poor quality Rooms old and tired, need freshening up Air conditioning noisy
Front desk staff friendly Bed was comfortable
Jacuzzi was not heated and ac unit in suite never cooled in room. Hallways were super stuffy
Clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient to the freeway and there were restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Our case was tampered with while in hotel storage room. Waiting for response from hotel insurance company.
Nice hotel and location
We upgraded to Club level but (1) they didn't have our reservation as a club level room and (2) there was no benefit as there was currently no club lounge.
Good size room and pleasant staff.
Loved it will definitely be coming back very soon....It was our first time and everything about was perfect. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they upgrade our room to a suite
The welcome, the smooth transition for a late evening arrival, help given all along the way. A lovely breakfast and such a short ride to our cruise line. We had no worries or concerns, a good night's rest and all as a result of a recommendation from a friend who had stayed a few weeks earlier. Thank you. Cynthia
The location suited our purpose as we were on a cruise
The room service menu could have a bit more choice
Perfect location for the cruise terminal with a free shuttle!
Very poor behavior of the front desk: except the young man on the evening. It is written on the room: lunch until 11PM. But impossible to eat something after 10h30 because the "kitchen is closed". When we arrived, we need some help to carry luggage on the room, but the man on the front desk said us the valet was gone... No help for us, he did not want help us or call the valet... Finally, I began to be upset and a miracle the valet has arrived ! On the morning, the woman on the front desk was very unpleasant.
Room quiet and clean.
Staff was super friendly
The hotel is close to the Port of Los Angeles and they had complementary van service to the port. We liked that.
Wait staff was slow.
Room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
slightly over priced
location to the world center
