很吵，玻璃不够隔音，虽说事先知道住在机场边上，但没想到这么糟

房间设施比较好，

太靠近机场，比较吵，无免费停车

总台接待人员随意性大，入住时要求的房价高于预定的房价（而且早在预定时确认不管住不住都要支付全额房价）- 。经交涉恢复原价。

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel eventhough they had some construction in the lobby. The rooms were very clean and had a modern yet luxurious look.

The parking garage was a pain. The entrance to the garage would change from gate to gate. The hotel lacked security outside and in the parking garage as well. I did not really feel safe leaving my car in the garage, but thankfully nothing happend to my vehicle.

The cost was reasonable, expecially considering it included the breakfast buffet. The buffet was really good. Transportation to and from LAX was easy and convenient.

The rooms were really clean and the staff was very nice. Check in was easy and quick.

After checking in We were told our bags would be brought up to our room in 10min but after waiting 30min we went back to the lobby and our bags were still by the door and we had to carry our bags ourselfs. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.

The proximity to the airport is great - free shuttle bus made the difference

There was confusion at the checkin regarding the room rate charged from Bookins.com and the rate the hotel wanted to charge

We hadden voor drie personen geboekt maar kregen elke dag maar ontbijt vouchers voor twee personen.

I made a mistake,with my booking dates. I hit the wrong date to arrive and leave. I was charged 50%, of my original cost,and this greatly upset me. I do not know if I will use this Hotel in the Future.

No free WIFI for guests not even in the lobby- very disappointing and unbelievable in an era when even very small hotels provide this otherwise common service.

Room rate through booking dot com wasn't what they charged at first. I had to bring it to their attention and they gladly adjusted it. Check in was a little slow.
