Shuttle driver in very bad mood
Great price, friendly staff, overall great experience!
The breakfast is very good, the friendly staff, the fast check in as fast check out.
Cigarette smoke in the hall of our floor even though the rules do not allow smoking inside the hotel.
large and very comfortable and clean rooms excellent staff
a little far from center. some noise from planes
Convenient complimentary airport shuttle service, even at 5:30 a.m.
The hallways were super air conditioned, but room temperature was comfortable. Very noisy with low flying aircraft overhead at poolside, but then it IS an airport hotel!
The front desk was very welcoming n the room was quite comfitable,
The staff was friendly, efficient and knew their stuff in response to the few questions I had. I ate dinner in the hotel's cafe and the Chicken Pad Thai was very good with an ample serving size. The shuttle runs to/from the airport every 20 minutes and was top-of-the-hour punctual for my trip back to MIA. Printing my boarding passes in the business center was hassle free. This is a great place to lay over in Miami, it is close to MIA with great, free shuttle service.
I could only spend one night here.
Great room and services. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The free shuttle to airport helps a lot.
There was no important problems. Everything was good.
This is an amazing hotel and I will surely add and recommend to friends & international business clients when visiting Miami. http://facebook.com/kaeno.music Kind regards, Deon Butler (Kaeno)
everything, except (see other)
the fitness room could use a bit more equipment. there is not wine list the housewine is too sweet
We had no complaints whatsoever. The accommodation and facilities were great, staff friendly and there was a small shop on site which charged reasonable prices.
The attention and food at the bar.
Early in the morning the girl at the counter told me the shuttle will leave in two minutes, and it was gone already. Then she said the other was coming and it took 20 minutes.
Was picked up speedily at airport and checked in with ease. Liked small shop, secure lift access, gym, sundeck, free chilled drinks and fruit in Gym. Staff gave me a late checkout lastly shuttle to airport and Mall.
The location is in an area with pawn shops and houses with bars on the window. Nearby restaurants (4) are ok. Bed was like a hammock but clean. Food was jusy ok.
Offhand attitude of night concierge.$100 more per night than Hilton Garden Inn where staff were efficient and friendly
Overall the hotel was well located and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent.
Thought food and drink was a little expensive in the bar
Hotel very well located. Did not mind the noise of airplanes since it was barely audible during the evening and non-existent during the night (probably due to great acoustics). Room spacious and comfortable.
The pick up area for the shuttle at the airport is not well signed and you do not actually know where exactly to wait. Cannot really fault the hotel since this seems to be an Airport issue (all other shuttles to hotels and parking seemed to present the same issue). Apart from this, cannot complain about anything. Maybe waffles on the breakfast but then I would consider myself picky though I like them :-)
Stayed for a night after a Cruise Holidays. Hotel is well located with easy access to the Dolphin Mall and Beaches (a Taxi is useful and price accessible but we hired a car which was just as good). You have to pay for parking but they were not fussy or really strict. We could enter the parking and leave a couple of times with not extra pay even though we had checked-out already (go to beach, to shopping and then take our suitcases to go to airport). Hotel is clean and staff really friendly. Specially GLORIA from the Breakfast/Restaurant. Aircrafts fly low above the hotel (good for plane spotting) but during the night you do not hear them (good acoustic of room allied to the obvious drop in take of and landings).
The fact I had to come home after such fab holidays. Worse: Weather in Miami was soooo good that I wish I could prolong my stay in the Hotel for more shopping/beach tour
The front desk staff was extremely rude, specifically a lady called Autorice Roberts had a bad attitude. They wanted to give me a handicapped room and they said they did not have any more rooms. After I complained and after a lot wasted time they gave me a different room. That lady should be fired.
Everything u have to pay like if u asked for refrigeratore in the room u have to pay
I loved everything. Lovely lobby, personable staff -- quality decorating everywhere. Great lounge and a wonderful breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer.
Wish the hotel taxes were not so high.
We liked the staff they were very friendly and helpful. Our room wasn't ready but they gave us access to the pool for our teenage daughters until it was. We did use the bar and lounge for a couple of drinks later in the evening and that was a very pleasant experience. The pool was nice as well.
The pictured room showed a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed. There were no such rooms so booking the Executive King suite didn't work. The staff moved us to a room with 2 beds which worked but not what I wanted. The bed was horrible, the sheets and cover felt like paper and not sheets, it was horrible and a bad night of sleep. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never stay there again!
Friendly, polite staff in the restaurant and bar areas.
Being charged for parking, after three nights including buying expensive breakfasts! And eating lunches and dinners at the hotel we felt the parking charge was a little unnessessary. It would have been nice to have complimentary water in the rooms and a selection of tea.
