Took a long time for the hot water to get to the fifth floor, room 504.

1. The location was perfect. 2. It was very quiet and comfortable 3. The restaurant was excellent 4. The prices are more than fair

We had no problems or issues.

I appreciated the coziness and the fact that it didn't seem busy.

I'm not crazy about where it is located and I would have liked to have had a continental breakfast available.

Very comfortable hotel with convenience of bar and restaurant. Loved the bed.

The only thing was a spotty connection inside my room for my cell phone....everything else was without difficulty.

Food was fabulous! Staff was super friendly. Thought the duvet was lumpy and uncomfortable. No ironing board & iron.

Location. Fresh & clean. Nicely updated.

Very nice and convienient to the airport. Reasonably priced for an overnight stay.

Although right off of a major interstate, the grounds the hotel was on was very nice and made you feel like you were away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor patio was very nice and again made you feel like you were away and not in a major suburb. Didn't hear the traffice from the interstate either which was nice. It was also nice that there was a bar and restaurant as well as room service.

Even though our bed was a queen size, didn't feel like a queen. Have a queen at home and is roomy enough however, at the hotel, my husband and I were constantly bumping into each other and I almost fell off the bed.

The location to the mall of america for our teenagers and the accomadations for our toddler. Our whole family enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

Pool area/hot tub. Book of coupons for Mall of America. Friendly desk staff. Shuttle was great (although drivers were a little crazy).

No free continental breakfast...the website advertises a continental breakfast but does not include that it has to be paid for. I picked to stay at this hotel for the shuttle to the mall, as well as a breakfast I thought I was getting in the am.

Staff. Very friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy at check-in we did not have to wait. Rooms were clean and well taken care of, if not a little plain.

Parking. They have a park and fly program, however they let the long term parkers take up the entire lot. Because of this we had to park across the street in an overflow lot.

Restaurant...took over 20 mins just to get drink order taken. Then watched them turn guests away because they couldn't handle the number of people

We were very pleased with the Holiday Inn. We were able to stay and park our car safely until our return flight. We will once again stay at this Holiday Inn. Our pick-up at the airport was prompt. Nice stay.

The room I stayed was really nice with everything, but the wifi signal is weak and access is not reliable at all. Front desk says it will be improved soon, hopefully they will.

Nice rooms. Good restaurant. Hotel-Airport shuttle runs on-time.

Just note- Hotel is in "business park/district". Need transportation for any shopping / dining outside of hotel.

I liked the location, it wasn't to far from the Mall and I liked that it was clean and inviting! The breakfast was very good and had lots to choose from!! Also the rooms were made up & cleaned very day, good house keeping!!

We noticed that in the bar the young man was all alone and was running back a forth, needs one more person for better dinning experience and tables were not set up at all!

It was close to the moa.

The soda machine on the 3rd floor stole money from my boyfriend and I. Made our stay really crappy the rest of the time and the staff didn't even seem to care when we told them when we checked out. Probably not going to stay there.

Courtesy of hotel staff; they paid for my cab from airport because their shuttle was not able to do a pickup. Restaurant downstairs made dinner an easy solution, especially after getting in at 9pm after a long day. Airport dropoff was made easy because their shuttle starts working at 4am! Free coffee waiting downstairs at 5am.

Location is a little far and out of Minneapolis limits, but as long as free airport shuttle service is provided, not an issue.
